I was an avid supporter and worker on here with 5 stars before a massive audit left me with 1 star and reasons given did not match my work quality not one iota. Do not work for this company because they will screw you over in the end!

Was fantastic until they decided to implement a new "rating system" which as far as its participants are concerned, the only general consensus is that they completely botched whatever they were trying to do and effectively banned half of the users by giving them one star. ~6000 approvals in less than a year. 1 star, no warning of what would affect your score while it was "reigniting" since I joined. Would have been nice to know, not that the reasons given have any justification in my case anyway, but it's great you guys decided to go the ambiguous route, leave everyone in the dark, and honestly, flat out lie. I've had about 50 approvals since I got hit. Received no new studies, and my score has not moved, not even a point. Whether it be just a bug your working out, or the team at cloudresearch is just straight up incompetent - it's at best unethical to not be transparent about what's going on. It's either broken, or they're lying about what and how your score is affected.

I have been on the platform since spring of 2023 I have completed over 6000 projects for researchers on this platform. I have had the occasional disagreement with a researcher but we always been cordial and resolved the issues. with less than ten rejected projects in that timeframe and more than stellar work. To be given a rating that states my work is poor or even horrible and then to be ignored is hurtful as a worker for this business utilizing their platform to connect with researchers to further their research. On the only avenue of communication provided the moderators of Cloud Connect asked for me and several others PII Connect ID information so they could take a look at our accounts. rather than do what was told or even give us an update that something had went wrong. We are given silence i and everyone who had messaged Clouds moderators have not heard back. Being met with only Resounding silence i hate that i have leave a negative review for a platform i so love. I hope this is a learning experience for their leadership and they communicate with us rather than leaving us in the dark and refusing to acknowledge an issue even exists. I will be more than happy to adjust my rating when i feel that the issue me and many others suffer is resolved i hope our voices are heard and i am glad to be in this community.

I guess 3 years of consistent work on this platform means nothing when they can instill a nonsense rating system that gives you a low score that’s impossible to bring back up because they restricted your access to surveys due to said low score.

Was using the site for about 4 years with no issues. They implemented a new rating system and now I get zero studies. Don’t waste your time.

The rating system on this platform is seriously flawed. People with no rejections are reportedly receiving ratings as low as 1, while others are getting a 5, with seemingly nothing in between. It feels like an easy way to remove people from the platform without providing a legitimate reason or explanation. If you're thinking about posting a study here, I would strongly recommend considering your options first. From my experience, this company seems to have little regard for either its workers or requesters. I feel terrible for everyone who has been negatively affected by what appears to be poor decision-making and a lack of accountability. Things are difficult enough already without companies treating people this way.

Lies about everything - offloads good participants

I have over 1700 approved submissions and one rejection and they have essentially blocked me from new surveys. They have given me a 1-star rating despite them saying approval rating is the most important factor in their new "rating system". They refuse to be transparent and either their new system is flawed or they have a duplicituous agenda.
