Broken game but good customer service
As a game, they have long way to go and recently they have been lacking on fixing the buf persistently. However their customer service has been excellent despite of long wait and everything has been resolved unto my requests. I understand other people's feeling toward broken game despite of the fund raised and not focusing on playability. They could reduce the focus on content but in the end the will return after the new patches regardless in the long run and I think they are planning to fix them all together after gathering up all the content release (i could be wrong) Either way if I can find alternative game that tries anything even close to this ambition with same popilation per server I would move to it. Otherwise I am stuck with Star Citizen until then.
