Complete fraud, I paused my subscription and haven't even used there services yet and I have to cancel the subscription. I was denied refund without any reason. No one is responding. This is the worst company.

Top grade FRAUDULENT company! At the time of enrolment the whole team kept reaching out multiple times & the minute the payment was done everyone outright disappeared! Moreso, they have a technology that doesn’t work. All this AI jazz is only false nonsense. A pretext from their CEO Sufiyan I too fraud the Indian People! The whole team is so so disappointing. They have 0 ownership & more so they lack the basic etiquettes! 20K for a 3months job opportunity - don’t fall for this. They are a scam! Did not get 1 call for any job! #fake #fraudwebsite! Beware

Complete fraud people, applied jobs on locations outside india and support after they take your money behave like we are their servants. Absolute rubbish. I am going to file a complaint in police and cyber crime . Want my hard earned 15k back .

This platform is completely fake. They took money with a guaranteed service, promising either results or a refund. I purchased the service more than six months ago, but not a single interview call was provided. All applications submitted were irrelevant and did not match my profile. After 90 days of failure, they kept extending the service month by month, but the outcome remained zero. Their written statement clearly promised a refund if they failed to deliver, yet they are refusing to return the money. This is a fraudulent setup — misleading, unprofessional, and dishonest. Do not trust this platform.

Fraud they are,its been 6 months since i have taken the facility,not one int call has come and since then i am running from pillar to post for my refund..

Joined CloudHire in January 2026 paying ₹19,999, after their sales rep verbally promised I could cancel anytime with only a 30% deduction, and that I'd still get a refund even if I found a job through other means. When I requested cancellation within 19 days, I was suddenly told a completely different refund policy applied — one that was never mentioned at signup, requiring 10 AI interviews, 75%+ scores on 6 of them, and letting their system apply to 800-1000 jobs on my behalf, with refunds only processed AFTER the subscription ends. It's now been months of "your case is being handled with priority, review is ongoing" emails with zero resolution. Classic bait-and-switch: promise one thing to get the sale, then enforce impossible terms to avoid refunds. Save your money. Look elsewhere.

One of the worst experience I have ever had, they totally oversold the product and they services, and specially "Konda nithish Goud", he was the one who sold me the service, I trusted him that he would be helping me in the journey if I get any hiccups, but he never picked up the call after selling. I had to file a consumer complaint against the company. Their platform is not worth paying the amount, and they promise that I will get 1:1 Account manager who will connect with me regularly which never happens, and also was promised that I would get proper support, so far I have sent almost 5-8 emails and no response from their side.

Completely a fake organisation. They ask to get 75℅ but they have set internallybthat youbwill never get more than 65℅. Fake fake fake Same for shine.com. this is also a big big fake
