IN MY CASE RIDDI AND SOUBHAGYA MISHRA DON'T REPLY TO YOUR CALLS OR MESSAGES.

Paid ₹25,000 for the Elite plan, got irrelevant expired jobs and then silence
I paid ₹25,000 on 9 July 2026 for CloudHire's Elite Scrum Master remote-placement service. I completed everything they asked: three AI interview certificates each scored 75+, uploaded my job description, and connected both LinkedIn and Gmail.
What I actually got:
- A "job board" showing roles from unrelated fields, not Scrum Master.
- Searches returning about 10 results, all India-based (not remote as promised), 9 of 10 already expired, and every one sourced only from LinkedIn - listings I can find myself for free.
- "Swipe to Apply" surfaced only 6-7 applications instead of the promised 10, the same jobs repeating, several pulled from Jobgether rather than company career pages.
My counsellor Riddhi Neve promised jobs from multiple platforms and company career pages. That did not happen. When I raised these issues, Riddhi stopped replying. My account manager Adarsh stopped replying after saying "the tech team will handle it." I emailed support requesting a full refund; I got asked for my "availability" instead of a resolution, a scheduled call was missed by them, and a callback I was promised never came - when I called back and said my name, the line was cut.
In my experience this service was not delivered as advertised, and the refund process felt designed to wear you down rather than resolve anything. I have documented everything (emails, screenshots, call records) and I'm now pursuing this through consumer court. Do not pay them upfront money on the strength of the sales promises. I wish I hadn't.

Cloudhire is a fake platform with zero…
Cloudhire is a fake platform with zero accountability after making payment. Their commitments are fake. I took a subscription in Dec'25 and till date I haven't received a single penny from them nor any job service. Every mail has just one generic revert "we are working on it" I have all the email records since beginning.

Over promising and No delivery should…
Over promising and No delivery should be their tagline. They are a pure scam company. During onboarding I specifically asked if they have placed someone from by background and domain (I am an ex-PSU banker with a career gap) and how does the format works, to which the representative Divya Gupta made all kinds of promises even quoting that I will land a much higher CTC than I was then aiming for. As soon as i joined the platform started showing systematic errors and only after 1.5 months my auto apply feature was activated that too when i was in continuous contact with the support team for resolution. After a month itself I was fed up and since the platform didn't even apply for a single job till then I sought refund of 25,000/- paid under the "Elite" plan. From that time, they have been dodging my request. When the platform started auto applying to jobs on my behalf (50 days past my subscription) I requested the team to extend my subscription period of three months from that day, since the platform wasn't supportive before. They flat out declined, then I found out that most of the job applications are not even in congruence with my profile/domain/industry, and till date I have not got a single callback/interview or any response from a recruiter. During this time, I repeatedly have been seeking the status of my refund request and have asked them to connect with me over a video call or phone call multiple times which they are ignoring. I have now decided to approach National Consumer Helpline.

Top grade FRAUDULENT
If you are actively looking for job, please don't opt for the services form cloudhire since their AI is not capable of applying to relevant job roles and if you ask for refund, they will either delete the trust pilot review that you posted and blackmail you about refunding the fee.
They are good only during the sales call. Except that, all other time they act like absolute idiots.
Job seekers, don't get fooled by their false promises.

My Experience
My Experience
Based on my personal experience working with this organization for almost three months, I would strongly advise others to do their own research before joining.
In my opinion, many of the company’s claims did not match my actual experience. I found the leadership to be unprofessional, and I felt that the organization was driven more by making money than by delivering on its promises.
I also personally observed what I believed to be favoritism in hiring, including family members being recruited into key roles, which raised concerns about fairness and professionalism.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this organization. I encourage anyone considering joining to carefully verify the company’s claims and speak to current and former employees before making a decision.
