CloudHire AI — My Experience: Cheated and Ignored
I was guaranteed that after passing their AI interview grading, auto-apply would activate and deliver 500–600 applications within 30 days, along with interviews and remote job offers. I live in India and was specifically told this would open remote work opportunities for me.
From day one of auto-apply, issues started. Initially Shreya and Ubaid (the representatives handling my profile) responded to emails and calls, but they gradually started ignoring me. When escalated, someone would call with false assurances, then go silent again. It’s now been 12 days since my first escalation with no resolution.
Nearly all applications sent were duplicate, irrelevant, or for bogus companies — many for onsite/hybrid roles in the USA, UK, and Europe, despite my being based in India and told this was for remote work.
I paid ₹22,000 for what now feels like a few mock AI interviews and nothing else. I consider this fraudulent and am pursuing legal action against the company and those responsible for handling my account.

Strong Warning to Job Seekers: Big Scam
Scam, Fake ,
I am writing this review based on my personal experience with CloudHire AI because I do not want other job seekers to make the same mistake.
**In my experience, the sales promises made by CloudHire were very different from the actual service I received. I strongly recommend that job seekers carefully verify everything in writing before paying a large upfront fee.**
During the sales discussions, I was told that CloudHire would help me get **remote or onsite job opportunities**, and the sales team presented the service as a comprehensive job-placement/job-application solution.
I was also shown a package that was originally presented at around **₹65,000**, but I was offered a discounted price of approximately **₹32,000**. The sales discussion made the service sound like a significantly more valuable opportunity than what I ultimately experienced.
The **1,500 applications over 3 months** and the associated refund/guarantee were particularly important to me.
However, the biggest problem was that **the number of applications does not equal interview opportunities**.
The refund policy was an important part of the sales discussion. I understood that if the promised service/results were not delivered, there would be a refund mechanism subject to the stated conditions.
However, based on my experience, I did not find the refund process as straightforward as I expected.
This is especially concerning because a job seeker is already paying a significant amount of money while looking for employment.
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering CloudHire **read the complete written refund policy before making any payment** and not rely only on statements made during a sales call.
### My concern with the sales process
My biggest concern is the difference between the **sales presentation and the actual customer experience**.
During the sales process, the service can sound like:
**Pay → AI applies to hundreds/thousands of jobs → recruiters respond → interviews → job opportunity.**
But job applications do not guarantee interviews, and AI-generated applications cannot guarantee employment.
Therefore, I believe customers should be given extremely clear and transparent information about what CloudHire can **actually guarantee**.
### Trustpilot warning
I also noticed that Trustpilot currently displays a warning on CloudHire's profile stating that the company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of Trustpilot's guidelines. Trustpilot also states that it has removed a number of fake reviews for the company.
There are also numerous recent 1-star reviews from users describing experiences involving irrelevant job applications, lack of interview calls, customer-support problems and refund disputes. These are individual customer reports, so everyone should evaluate them independently, but they are certainly worth considering before paying.
### My recommendation
**I would personally NOT recommend paying ₹32,000 or any other large upfront amount for this service based on my experience.**
If you are currently looking for a job, especially if you are unemployed or have financial responsibilities, please be extremely careful with companies promising remote jobs, guaranteed interviews, automated applications or refunds.
Do your own research.
Ask for everything in writing.
Do not rely solely on a salesperson's verbal promises.
And most importantly:
**Do not confuse a high number of automated job applications with actual job opportunities.**
My intention in writing this review is simply to warn other job seekers so they can make an informed decision before spending their hard-earned money.

a very expensive mistake on my behalf
a very expensive mistake on my behalf. I was drawn into their AI powered nonsense narrative.
To anyone thinking, expensive is good, please do not fall for it in this case. CloudHire is quite literally a joke.
They've created a fancy process to just forward your resume to vacancies on LinkedIn and that too to any irrelevant positions just to show that they are prolific.
Nothing is customized. They first ask you to take these ill executed AI interviews, which are designed to fail you. Then when you speak to them, they will give you passing marks post which your automated application process begins. This is when the actual scam starts. Once you connect your email address, the system will apply on your behalf to absolutely irrelevant opportunities. It will modify your CV to match any vacancy and apply. I was shocked to see that I was applying for positions that had no connection with my skills, experience or even domain.
I received a couple of calls from recruiters asking if i had Marine management experience and in one case Medical experience as the AI had blindly applied to any vacancy it came across. applied to some shipping company. I'm into graphic design!
I had repeated told them that i am not in a position to relocate and need opportunities in Mumbai, but the system continuously threw options for either international and non-local opportunities. In fact, many of the vacancies required foreign language knowledge, which i do not have.
They charge some INR 18000+ after a so called discount only for you, but the service is not worth 1800. I have had multiple discussions with i guess, 10 different people as every time you ask then to call, there is a new person and then you have to retell the whole story. Every time I was assured that the issues will be sorted, but there wasn't an iota of difference.
Now it's been three months, an they have completely stopped responding to my mails, while i was assured that my plan would be extended since there were so many issues from their side.

🚨 Extremely Disappointing Experience with CloudHire – Feels Completely Misleading
### 🚨 Extremely Disappointing Experience with CloudHire – Feels Completely Misleading
I want to share my experience with CloudHire because I genuinely feel **misled by the way their service was presented to me**.
I was given strong assurances about getting recruiter responses and interview opportunities through their process. I followed everything their team asked me to do and gave the process enough time.
But the reality has been completely different.
At the **same time** that CloudHire is supposedly applying to jobs for me, I am independently applying through **LinkedIn and Naukri**, and I am getting shortlisted and receiving recruiter calls/interview opportunities through those platforms.
But through CloudHire?
**Not even a meaningful recruiter response. Not a single interview.**
That makes me seriously question what value their service is actually providing.
The most frustrating part is that when I started raising these concerns, getting a response from their team became extremely difficult. Emails are not being answered properly, calls are not being picked up, and I am left chasing them for basic communication.
This whole experience has started to feel **scam-like and highly misleading** to me. The promises made before using the service and the actual experience after joining are completely different.
I'm not saying this based on one bad day or one unsuccessful application. I'm saying this after **following their process, applying through their system, and comparing the results directly with my own applications on LinkedIn and Naukri.**
If a candidate can apply independently on the same platforms and get shortlisted, while the paid service produces virtually no recruiter engagement, then it's completely reasonable to question what you're actually paying for.
**My advice to anyone considering CloudHire: don't blindly trust the promises made during the sales/onboarding calls. Ask for everything in writing, verify their claims, and do your own research before committing.**
My experience so far has been extremely frustrating, and the lack of accountability and communication has made it even worse.
**CloudHire needs to answer for the gap between what was promised and what customers actually experience.**

The company is a fraud and cheat
The company is a fraud and cheat, I was promised and infact guaranteed that after completion and passing their AI interviews as per their markings and gradings, their auto apply features gets activated and that within 30days of its opening some 5-600 applies would be done with job offers and interviews lined up and it will open your window for remote work, but from very 1st of the auto apply activation I faced issues and everyday new issues popped up, initially they used to revert back on mails and call, then slowly they started ignoring and when escalated much some person used to call give fake assurances and then boom again ghosted, currently 12 days now since my 1st mail escalation things have got worst, just for the sake of it duplicate applies and irrelevant applies are done from AI and most infact 99% applies are on bogus companies, for on site and hybrid roles in USA, UK Europe, and btw I live in India and was onboarded saying they would help me get remote job offers. They have sat back ignoring my escalations now frankly speaking I am just pissed feel like my hands are tied up, I was charged 22k INR and now it feels all were just for few mock AI interviews. I have been cheated and fraud have been done to me, I am planning to do a legal case on the company and all the ppl who are associated to my profile.
