This is not a genuine service. They conducted only a half-day seminar after taking the payment from me. However, after making the payment, I did not receive the promised calls or support. During the entire one month, I received only three calls from them. After that, there was no further communication. I tried contacting the person through whom I had registered, but that person is now not responding at all. I have also repeatedly tried calling them regarding my payment, but they are not answering my calls. Despite not providing the promised service, they are also refusing to refund the amount I paid. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of response and transparency. I request them provide immediately refund the amount I paid.

It's a fraud platform. Charges you money, sells you fales hopes & donesn't deliver what they promis. They take lots of your personal information which is alarmingly dangerous as well. Be careful don't fall for this trap.

Absolutely frustrating experience with Cloudhire.ai. It has been over 2.5 months since my employment ended, and my Full & Final Settlement is still pending despite repeated follow-ups. Getting your own hard-earned dues from this company feels like a never-ending struggle. The complete lack of urgency and accountability is extremely disappointing. Employees should not have to beg, chase, and repeatedly remind HR to release money that is already due to them. If you're considering joining Cloudhire.ai, think twice and ask very carefully about their F&F process before you commit. Very disappointing experience. Zero professionalism when it comes to closing things properly after an employee leaves.

Paid ₹28,000 to CloudHire during a screening call. I withdrew almost immediately after and contacted my rep, Ridhi, who never responded. Over several times of continuous email exchanges with their support, I was first told my "profile wasn't completed," then told there's a "no refund before onboarding" policy — one I was never shown despite repeatedly asking to see it in writing. I have a full documented email trail proving my immediate cancellation and their refusal to refund. Posting this so other job seekers know what to expect before paying upfront.

I'm a recruiter on the receiving end of these applicants and it's a terrible service. Somehow my email is associated with my employer, so I get emails addressed to my email address (vs my name) and the same canned email language for every single applicant. This isn't helping you stand out in the way you're looking for, candidates. RUN the other way from this service.

Sales agent promised 100% money back guarantee and Rs.45 LPA for fresher on video call. Paid Rs.19,800 in May 2026. Zero service. Sent NDA. Proposed illegal 33% deduction. NCH complaint No. 9392512 filed. Cyber Crime complaint filed. Official court notice issued by District Consumer Court Jaipur on 7th September 2026. Next hearing 8th October 2026. Still no refund after 4 months.

Scammers ! BEWARE. After signing up and onboarding, no one from the team reached out to understand my context. I'm went a lot of AI interviews , they need 3 above a percentage to apparently start applying - They purposely don't let you get to 3! After a while all my 10 interviews vanished. So I must waste my time again. They are nothing but scammers. I asked for a refund but obviously they have their excuses.

Very disappointing experience with CloudHire. The team has been extremely unresponsive and there has been almost no meaningful communication or updates. In around 3 months, only **186 jobs were posted**, which is far below what I expected from the service. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability and response when trying to get answers or updates. I have repeatedly tried to communicate with the team, but the negligence and poor customer support have made the entire experience extremely frustrating. At this point, I am requesting a **full refund ASAP**. I would definitely not recommend CloudHire based on my experience.
