Never received prompt response from any of my queries. They ask you to raise the ticket but after wards no one resolved it or reply to your mail. The service also does not work as they had advertised. It's waste of money and time. Even after completing all the requested tasks and requirements automatic job applied function never works continuously or accurately. Sometime or applies for the jobs which are not even remotely relevant to your profile.

Worst experience. Whatever has been promised is not getting full filled, not even 1% of it.

Our consultant had an emergency and called ahead to reschedule you to the next available time slot. That is exactly how a professional firm handles unforeseen situations — with clear communication and prompt adjustment. Labeling that as ‘highly unprofessional’ is inaccurate. Emergencies happen, and we’ll always choose transparency and reliability over leaving someone waiting.

I signed up for Cloudhire a couple of months ago, and I genuinely regret it. This is based on my personal experience: the platform is a complete scam. They promise to apply for jobs on your behalf and offer premium support, but once they take your money, everything goes silent. The platform itself barely works, nothing functions as advertised, and there’s zero customer support. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and never got a proper response. It honestly feels like they just vanish after payment. Please don’t waste your time or money like I did.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. However, we’d like to clarify a few important points regarding how CloudHire works. Our platform distributes your AI interview and resume to hundreds of verified recruiters — but only after you’ve completed your interview. This step is clearly outlined in our onboarding, Terms and Conditions, and all communications. Without it, we cannot ethically or effectively represent your candidacy to employers. As of today, we’ve already applied to roles on your behalf at: Arivonix Runtime Luxoft NGXP Technologies — all within the last 24 hours. We understand it’s tempting to expect instant results, but hiring decisions are made by employers, and ultimately, depend on your demonstrated skills and engagement with the process. We can't manufacture qualifications on your behalf — only surface your profile once you show your capabilities. Your account remains active, and we will continue fulfilling our commitment of distributing up to 1,000 resumes. We strongly recommend completing the 10 interview sets we suggest — this gives recruiters the context they need to act faster on your profile. If you need help completing the process, our team is happy to support you.

I subscribed to CloudHire’s Gold Plan for 3 months, expecting a reliable service. Unfortunately, it has been a completely disappointing experience. Despite paying the full amount, no applications were ever sent on my behalf. The customer support is extremely poor — unresponsive, unreliable, and unprofessional. I had to send multiple messages and follow-ups just to get basic answers, and even then, there was no proper response. It felt like we had to literally beg for any kind of support. To make things worse, they’ve even blocked Gmail access, making it impossible to reach them through email. There are many others facing the same issue, and still, no resolution is provided. I’ve been asking for a refund for weeks now, and they’re simply ignoring the request. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially after paying hard-earned money. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to use CloudHire. The service is frustrating and feels like a scam.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We take every concern seriously and aim to clarify the situation accurately for others reading. Our records show that you enrolled in the Gold Plan but did not complete the required interview process, despite multiple reminders and offers of support from our team. Our platform functions by sending AI-evaluated interviews—not just raw resumes—to top companies. This process is clearly explained during onboarding, in our terms of service, and in our CEO’s welcome video. Recruiters are more interested in your interview than your resume. Unfortunately, you repeatedly refused to participate in interviews, insisted we distribute your resume without evaluation, and spoke abusively to several team members who were trying to assist you. This violates both our professional conduct expectations and the signed agreement. As a result, we were forced to terminate your access and blacklist your account—a rare but necessary step to protect our community and partners. We understand frustration—but results on CloudHire require effort and collaboration. We exist to help serious job seekers succeed, and we’re proud of the thousands who have gone through our process and landed real opportunities. If you're open to a respectful conversation, we’re happy to revisit the matter through the proper channels.
