They are fraudsters. While purchasing the plan everyone will be available until night and after you get enrolled only AI Matched jobs will be sent on email, No Real interviews will happen,only AI interviews will be there. In past 4 months I got 0 calls and 0 real interviews. Complete thugs and FRAUDSTERS.

UPDATE: THEY FLAGGED MY REVIEW AS DEFAMATORY BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T BUY IT OFF. BUT TRUSTPILOT APPROVED IT. Cloudhire only refunds your money when you post a negative review - on the condition that you delete it. So I'm posting on behalf of several people I know who were trapped by them. This company is a total fraud. Please don't believe their promises at the time of sale. The CV is a total disaster - from formatting to content. Their customer service is a generic "customer care" email without account managers. Their sales staff is only available till the time your payment is processed. There's nothing, and I repeat, NOTHING good about their service. I think it is telling of a company's standard when all the latest legitimate reviews are 1 star (that is, the ones that actually stay on the platform... because they try to buy out the negative reviews). This startup is a joke. To all job seekers, who are anyway vulnerable, Cloudhire will only add to your stress. Stay as far away as possible.

I was sold a premium service with strong promises around job placement support, proactive guidance, and tangible results. However, post-payment, the responsiveness dropped and the actual service delivery did not match what was communicated. I have wasted my entire paid amount with no value, I would strongly recommend future users to evaluate carefully before committing financially.

If zero ratings existed, CloudHire would get one. I paid 18,000 INR expecting professional support, but experienced false promises, poor ownership, and no accountability. Before payment, my “account manager” was very active; after payment, communication and support almost disappeared. They promised 1,000 job applications per month but didn’t even reach 400 in three months. Escalations to the CEO led to excuses instead of solutions, and my comments were deleted rather than addressed. My refund was only taken seriously after I posted honest reviews on Trustpilot and Google, and I was indirectly pressured to delete those reviews in exchange for processing the refund. I have now received my refund, but I am sharing this again so others are aware of these practices and do not go through the same stress and unprofessional behaviour. My aim is transparency and consumer awareness, not revenge.

I must have clicked unsubscribe 10 times, yet I still get e-mails. Have contacted company directly to stop e-mails of applications, still get them. Absolute nightmare, flooding my inbox with the same spammy applications.

This company is using our job openings (without us knowing) to push their remote engineers to us. Horrible business model.

They have been spamming my emails for days. I’ve unsubscribed and asked to be removed but they continue to use domain spoofing to spam me.

Please evaluate each and everything before applying there are many loop holes in the things which they are offering. Secondly there is a sense of emergency of paying the first go in the first meet. There cancelation refund policy is fraud.
