I completed the Workday HCM course two months ago. The training was good and the trainer explained the concepts well. However, after completion, there has been no follow-up, guidance, or interaction from their team. Earlier, I was informed about project exposure and internship support, but no one contacted me regarding this. Even for the certification, I had to personally email them to get a response. They should at least connect with students after training for review and career guidance. Good course, but post-training support needs improvement.
