Before joining the course: I enrolled for your Workday Reporting training after repeated follow-ups from Manohar and paid an advance of ₹10,000 based on the assurance that training would start immediately. No demo session was provided. On the scheduled day, trainer Ramesh joined only to say he was unavailable and disconnected. Since then, Manohar nor the support team has answered my calls, despite assuring me before payment that support would always be available. Manohar agreed that the course will cost 47k but later disagreed and denied on the promised amount and asked to pay 50k. After joining the course: Manohar is not available and no updates are provided to me on the sessions schedule by Manohar. After a few days the trainer did not provide the expected and agreed upon use cases but only the basic course module. When I reached to Manohar he denied the agreed upon terms for which I paid 50k amount and now disappeared and not answering the calls. There are no use cases as promised by Manohar before the sessions now and he has completely disappeared and not answering my calls.. I need my money back. I will take this to consumer case forum. I need my refund. This is highly disappointing from Cloud foundation.

One of the worst training organizations that I have come across in recent times. Highly unprofessional sales team who sold me a IDM course on a false promise. Once the amount was paid, the sales team was nowhere to be seen. Constant reminders and follow ups resulted in nothing. I have resigned to fate now. Generally, I don't post reviews for my professional trainings. But the apathy by the concerned team has triggered this response. Be aware of their promises which are nothing but hollow.

The timeframe was actually February 2025. I purchased the self paced lesson videos ($999) and for the life of me, I cannot understand the dialect. I tried to use closed caption on the training lessons and it was showing exactly what I was hearing, broken incoherent English . They've tried to send me other videos and recordings of what they thought were clear English and it wasn't. I pretty much wasted my money for the material. I barely completed 13% of one series of videos. Future Reference: Print the training material or hire a trainer where English is their 1st language. This truly was a $1k lesson.

I had high hopes for my experience at Cloud Foundation. The beginning was promising—the operations manager was incredibly helpful, and the instructor for the HCM course was fantastic. Unfortunately, my experience with the support team was a major letdown. They were consistently unresponsive and had a frustrating attitude. I was promised timely updates but ended up waiting three days just to get tenant access, which felt like a complete dodge every time I reached out. It’s disappointing when such a great start gets overshadowed by poor support. Please don't waste people's time like this.

There is no proper response for tenant , they give the LMS access and walkout , workday can be learnt only on tenant. It’s waste of time with cloud foundation for workday HCM . They don’t have staff , which never respond

Fake Organisation, they always look for payments and won't respond to calls, messages and their course curriculum is outdated.

Total online scam from India. I paid $399 for workday training self-paced courses. It turned out to be 14 video clips, those video clips were of extremely poor qualities, read by an unprofessional Indian person who did not show his face and could not speak proper English and had a heavy accent that were 75% of time not understandable. The video screens were also NOT consistent to what he was reading, and there were no course material to download, therefore no way for any course takers to follow. A total scam website based in India is the conclusion from my experience. Also their customer support service was a joke, I did not understand most of what they were saying, only people shouting in Indian words at each other and lots of traffic noises in the background. Complete waste of time. There is a real possibility that the good reviews they had before were written by paid persons or friends. Do not use this Cloud Foundation online service, you have been warned by a genuine paid customer from North America. I can verify myself anytime anywhere by showing my invoice, communication records and the "video class" upon request.

I purchased the Salesforce Marketing Cloud training and it was not what I thought it would be at all. I expected professional videos and that was not what was on there at the time. My company has had to pivot and purchase something else. After posting poor reviews online the company did refund the money for the class.
