Paid for VPS Hosting with Azuracast $2.99. I paid twice (the payment came out of my bank) and the invoice remained in a “unpaid” status. I contacted support who closed my ticket and deleted the invoice. When I contacted support again querying this, my account got closed and I can no longer login. For a first time customer with a simple question this is highly unprofessional and makes me suspect it’s a scam. Unless they can prove otherwise. However I find it very fishy taking payment from someone twice, then when questioned deleted and close the account? Beware!

If I could give zero star I would. They've suspended my VPS without any notice. I opened up a ticket after 24 hours they reactivated. After a week they suspended my VPS again. I asked to activate it or send me my data no response whatsoever. If you want to test your project use their service. I DO NOT recommend cloudfantic even to my enemy.

They advertise DirectAdmin as a control panel. But the SSL certificate generation did not work. That's very important for a secure web site. When a ticket was submitted, they said "What you are asking is unfortunately beyond our support. All servers we provide are self-managed." So they don't support their own product. Beware.

Servercheap is a scam website please try and stay away from them. So I needed a server for my project and so I made a purchase from them. After that the Dev working on my project told me that he was unable to make the project work due to limitations on servercheap network of which I reached out to them . But the told me there was nothing wrong. Which delayed my project for more than 3 days than I requested for a refund. Within few minutes my account was closed so I thought my refund was processed. Waited for 2-3 weeks and still have received it yet so i create a new servercheap account so I will be able to create a ticket and tell them what has happened but after submitting that ticket that account was also close with no response to why I still haven't received my refund. Their services suck , server is limited and please don't ever,ever do business with them. Am just begging you.

I had paid for a VPS $9 on 15-March. I used to pay using crypto. I made the payment, my server is activated I installed mailwizz application and after my setup is done I messaged support to open port 25 but they not replied me and deleted my account without saying anything I tried everything to reach them but its impossible they are clearly scammer dont shop on their website

Horrible Customer Service and Customer Support_ When I started to chat with the person on chat box the attitude of the person was very rude, rather than providing answers to clarifying question. they go by pseudo name (Nadya) .Not recommended.

I had paid for a small VPS $2.99 on 29-Sept. I used to pay using crypto. Once I made the payment, my account was banned. I sent multiple support emails and there was no reply. The transaction shows complete on coinpayments. TRX ID - CPFI0GSEERQMSIG7TYNTQAPEP4 I then created a new account and created a support ticket from the new account. The team is now requesting me to send my ID. I am pissed why does a service that accepts crypto need ID verifying. I am not comfortable to share my ID for a $2.99 VPS. They refused to offer me a refund and also to provide me the service. They have a bizarre legal policy that asks for ID verification for even a basis VPS. I didn't read the information which is clearly my mistake. But as a company, SERVERCHEAP is clearly scamming and frauding customers that pay with crypto by providing no refund or even the service. I had NO intention to violate any terms on the VPS, but this instance was clearly wrong. Stay away from a service that requires ID. Your ID is not safe and can be misused.

I have a balance worth 5+ months in my account but these scammers completely wiped all of my data and reloaded my OS without permission. I did not request this and now I am stuck without any response.
