This has been a lifesaver for our coffee shop! We are only very slightly annoyed by some of the repetitiveness of songs, as well as some songs not fitting in with the genre we selected. We would also love to see a way to sample the music separately, on another device while the current music continues playing. But we often recommend you to fellow business owners!

Great experience with 3 locations in our resort. the system was flawless for the year with no failures

We LOVE Cloud Cover music! So many options, so reasonably priced... what's not to like?! So glad we found it!

No complaints here. Very easy to set up and use. Great selection.

Music selection seems to be good. However, the app itself is a resource hog. We have a brand new Samsung Galaxy Tablet with max options and we really can't do anything else on it without the app stopping. So we basically had to buy a device to exclusively run the Cloud cover app, making it far more expensive than alternatives. It also flakes out and crashes alot (the Cloudcover app does) especially when it first starts.

We're sorry to hear that you've had some issues with our app, but we'd be happy to chat via phone, email or live chat about potential solutions! We appreciate your business and we're glad to hear that you're enjoying the music so far.

Great selections. It works seamlessly.

We tried several services before. Ten minutes in we knew we had a winner. The playlists are all consistent and relative as well as being non repetitive. And the selections are perfect for the mood we want to set for the day
