Excellent service, good value with a lower price point than alternatives. Better music selection than Mood Media/Pandora, and it seems like more songs (much less repetition). Cloudbox device is great and management features are really good - much better than our prior solution.

Its a well designed service, problem is that has limited selection, you cant select the songs, and remote control app is very basic.

I don’t think the music selection is all that great or up to date. Lots of obscure music that people haven’t heard of. Its about 1:5 on good songs to unheard of.

We're very happy with Cloud Cover Music. The music selection is pretty much exactly what we want in our office and we can rest easy knowing that the songs we hear are licensed for commercial use. The service works reliably with the sonos we have throughout the office and we've received positive feedback from both employees and customers. There are some things we dislike... We occasionally hear frequent duplicate songs despite our wide selection of music genres and there are some notable features we'd like to have (blocking artists/albums, indie radio stations, controlling energy/tempo, etc). We're hoping Cloud Cover Music will add those features in the future!
