This service made it easy for us to select the types of music that we wanted to play in our retail environment... All clean lyrics, all legal. Music selection is great!

Extremely easy to get running, can use help finding tracking numbers for the orders of the box.

The software is much less intuitive to use than Spotify. Also Cloud Cover logs out often.

Zero ability to customize. The ad hoc feature is lame. This is a recast of the 8 tracks restaurants used in the '70's nothing more.

I feel price is high. My experience otherwise has been good. Though there are sometimes issues when switching from sonos to a browser, and vice versa, need to re-authorise sonos, which is an unneeded step I feel. Also I’m not aware how frequently new music gets updated (weekly, monthly, so on) so clarity on that would be appreciated.
