Poor song selection, no ability to make playlist,

Has a nice selection of music available. Still learning about what all we can do.

The price is great!! There are some limitations to music selection.

To be honest we had Pandora Music with Mood Music... 15 years exactly... out "box" went out and wanted to charge us about $150 for a new box, while new customers were getting a new ones for free. I found Cloudcover through a search, they offered 14 days free, plus a "box" was optional, which allowed us to get up and running right away in our coffeehouse. I will probably buy a box in the future, but their app is far superior than moodmusic (aka Muzak) Thanks!

Great music and easy program to navigate!

So far, I’m not that excited about the service. I’ve had technical issues with connecting the cloud box to my Bluetooth speakers since day one. When I try to play from my phone, it will play one song then stop and I will need to restart the service. I’m hopeful there is an easy technical fix but I just haven’t had the time to be on the phone with customer service just yet. Fingers crossed we find a solution.

Have always loved Pandora and we are really enjoying the Cloud Box for our business. Easy to manage with the app.
