after a month from my order not only have I not received anything but even asking for information via chat they close the communication I point out that there is a very long wait for the chats certainly because many people like me complain.my order was of masks for the virus crown it will surely arrive for the carnival masks NOT ADVISABLE NO RELIABLE DO NOT BUY my order is: 0V000092934

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! I paid an extra $18 to have my order shipped to me within 3 business days and I got it 2 months later!! They kept making stupid excuses why it was late but would not refund my money for the expedited shipping and I couldn't even track it... the Fed Ex link always said "Error- no order available" They have terrible customer service and you will not get your order within a reasonable time period. I will NEVER order from this website again!! ***UPDATE- I finally received my order and it was not even the item that I ordered- after waiting 2 months for it, it was the wrong thing. DO NOT waste your time and money on anything from this "myth" of a company!!

I placed an order on April 22nd. Still haven't received it nor have I received any response from them. When I go to my account to view order there is nothing there. CC was charged on the 23rd. Will be disputing.

Been a month now...no product...no communication. How do you do business this way? Luckily paid with PayPal, Will dispute the charge!!!

It has been 2 weeks since I placed the order and the status is still Order Processing.. the already made the charge without shipping the order.

I had an awful experience with this company and I am leaving this review to warn others to ensure no one else goes through what I went through. Firstly I ordered a dress from them mid February and the package did not arrive until early May!! I had to follow up with them almost 4 weeks after ordering to which they responded that delivery can take up to 5 months yet the next day it was dispatched clearly they forgot about my order! Then once it arrived I have to pay an extra 17 euro for shipping even though I had already paid for shipping when I first ordered! Once I wrote to their online support they had no interest in helping me they even called me a liar even though I provided the proof to back up everything that had happened. Their online support is a joke and under no circumstances will they refund or make it up to when they are in the wrong. They will make it out to be your fault no matter what proof you provide!! Customer satisfaction is no concern of them they are only interested in you until you make a payment then you are no concern of theirs!! I fully believe this is not a safe site to deal with and urge people to be very careful if you choose to order from here. Personally I will never order from here again under any circumstances as even the quality of their clothes is very cheap and looks nothing like the pictures online they are not even the same shape or color!!

Don't trust them.

I ordered from them on April 15th, it is now May 14th and my order has yet to arrive despite me paying for my order. They didn't even ship my order out until April 28th (12 days after I placed my order)!!! Because it took them so long to ship out my order, two of the items apparently went out of stock. I asked for a refund for those two items and they jipped me by a few dollars. I still had my original receipt but they claimed the refund was correct. Overall, just really bad customer service.
