I ordered from clothmyths since January 1st of 2021 and the order is yet to be delivered 1st they sent me a 5 dollar coupon saying it was delayed but ever since I have not received the order. I have been emailing them back and forth but yet the order have not yet been delivered up until today

I purchased a visible face mask from clothmyths on Nov 25, 2020. I received the mask on Dec 10, 2020. I wore the mask for 3 days and the silicone strap that holds the mask on broke. I reached out to the company for a replacement of the strap. All they wanted to do was give me $5 toward my next purchase. Are you kidding me? The mask is heavy and somewhat hot but bearable to wear, it does NOT fog up your glasses when you go in and out in cold weather which is GREAT, the strap mechanism is not durable. I give them a 3 on wearing and use but a 2 on customer service.

The mask is too big for my face so I gave it to my boyfriend. His face fits but he found it difficult to breath and the mask filled with moisture #hot breath.

I don’t like your products it’s to difficult for me to return them so I’ll donate them , won’t order again

Shipment took way too long .

It took from Sept. 18 to Oct. 6th to get the parcel packaged and ready to sent to the airport. that's not acceptable. then I just recieved the items today Oct 19th. for an envelope that weighs about 7 oz. and $14.95 dollars in shipping that's rediculase

On the photo of the top piece, it showed more coverage around the breast area. When I received the top, knowing that I am a larger bust, I assumed I would get more materiel instead I got longer straps which were very loose and did not help. Adjustable straps and more materiel, like the photo had shown, would be helpful in the future.

The problem was that you never told me that the transaction would show on my credit card statement as if I'd purchased from Joyshoetique! That was very confusing. I thought it was for an order for shoes and I had ordered shoes for a very similar amount just a few days before this order. I actually contacted my credit card company and reported a fraudulent transaction from Joyshoetique. I did figure out that it should have been for Clothmyths while I was still on the phone with them. You need to make it clear that the account will show a different name!
