Please read the reviews on here praising the company and then compare them to the poor reviews. You'll notice a very obvious trend. This company is taking advantage of an international crisis and their predatory practices must be made known. Ordered masks over 6 weeks ago. After not receiving a tracking number and filing a dispute via PayPal they sent one. The shipping details and updates on their website were NOT CONSISTENT with the information on USPS website. The parcel in question is in San Francisco, over hundreds of miles away. Would give 0 stars if possible. I recommend staying off the website altogether and clearing cache as you never know what these clowns are really up to. Steer Clear and thank me later.

They are a rip off company. Ordered face masks and filters 3 months ago. I am out over $70. They keep saying items were shipped and delivered but they were not. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS BASED IN CHINA AND IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU END UP WITH NOTHING!

Shipping took over 3 monthes. When I received my butterfly mask they were entirely too big. Elastic was totally stretched out the other masks were entirely too small. Spent over $70.00 not worth at all.

It's taken over a month to get this! They are blaming Covid-19 but I've ordered several things online during this same time period and the longest anything has taken is 6 days. I haven't received it yet, but by the time I get it, we won't need masks anymore! RIDICULOUS!

Orders take to long to arrive. I've order twice each order has taken 1 month to arrive. Their response has been to be patient.

So far I have had the same experience as some of the other reviewers. I ordered a handful of different face masks two months ago. The "tracking" shows them sitting at the Los Angeles airport customs processing center, but the tracking is also out of sync! It shows the package being "picked up" in Inglewood, CA five days prior to the shipment leaving China and six days prior to it arriving in Los Angeles. When I tracked it through the USPS site all it showed was that it was picked up in Inglewood by a "Shipping Partner" but not yet transferred to the USPS. This was nearly a month ago. The "Shipping Partner," incidentally, was identified as Pitney Bowes! Pitney Bowes??!! Aren't they office supply people?! All I can say is Buyer Beware!
