I ordered a variety of face mask from clothmyths for over 3 months, it never arrived. So I have to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. Never again order from this company. It seems to me, it's a scam.

I ordered 2 face masks from this company. Never received them, and they continued to blame the virus for slow mail. That was 3 months ago. I order things from Wish that come faster, and they are notoriously slow.

I wish I never ordered from this company!! I placed an order on June15,2020 and I'm still waiting. I tracked my package and it's saying that it's in Brisbane,Ca at the USPS & they will never answer the phone. I'm so disgusted with the lack of response from the clothmyth. I will never purchase frm thm again.

Please know that they are not shipping from the United States and you will not get your items like an Amazon order, but worth the wait. I placed an order on May 28th and received my order on July 16th. I sent an email inquiry about delivery in mid June and got a response within 24 hours. If you are patient and can wait for the items, it is worth it. Super cute clothes. Out of the 13 items I bought, only 2 of them where Asian sizes, everything else was true to size for US. I will be gifting the items that did not fit, not worth the hassle of the return. The quality of the items were as expected. I also read a lot of negative reviews after I placed my order, so I thought it important to share my experience because I was very happy with the end result.

I bought a face masks for me and my husband. I was thinking this company is legit based on the reviews. So I ordered last May 2020 and there's a tracking number. I've tracked it, then stated in USPS website June 3, 2020 its in Lawndale CA, then Mid week of June it's in Brisbane CA. This is very weird! I'm very closed to Lawndale than Brisbane. I reached out to the customer service via email, since there's no phone number. So its been over 45 days didn't receive the goods. Finally, I decided to dispute the charged thru my credit card.

We just received our masks - 6 weeks after ordering them. The web site indicated that the masks had been manufactured and were awaiting shipment for 4 weeks, so certainly was suspicious, but they really did finally arrive. We ordered 5 masks. 4 of the masks had nicely finished edge; the other mask was cut cleanly but the edge was unfinished. Products are otherwise fine. Giving 3 star review because of the very slow service and the 5th mask.
