Wrong size, wrong color

The problem was that you never told me that the transaction would show on my credit card statement as if I'd purchased from Joyshoetique! That was very confusing. I thought it was for an order for shoes and I had ordered shoes for a very similar amount just a few days before this order. I actually contacted my credit card company and reported a fraudulent transaction from Joyshoetique. I did figure out that it should have been for Clothmyths while I was still on the phone with them. You need to make it clear that the account will show a different name!

Three lace face masks are not what they look like in the picture, they have edges that poke out! The rest if fine.

These masks are both pretty and very different and so many colours to choose from. Thank you

Kept checking my tracking status and it never showed anything other than the masks were sent from overseas. Had no idea when the masks were going to be delivered to me. Tracking info needs to be updated!
