I had a very disappointing experience with CloseOption. I received a welcome bonus and managed to grow it from $10 to around $20. After that, when I tried to complete KYC verification, my valid Hungarian government-issued ID card was rejected because they claimed the photo quality was “unclear”. I uploaded both sides of the document, and the information was readable, but they still did not accept it and only gave a vague reason. This makes the verification process feel unnecessarily difficult, especially when a user is trying to withdraw or continue using the platform properly. I cannot say for sure what their intention is, but in my case the KYC process became a problem after I made a profit from the bonus. Because of this, I do not feel confident depositing my own money until the verification issue is resolved. I hope they will give clear and specific reasons for rejected documents and handle KYC more transparently.

They really need to step up and do something with their platform which is horrible. This platform is the worst and only reason why I dont invest with Closeoption. If you can make a better platform then you will be the nr1 binary broker
