Setting up CloseBot was incredibly easy. Their agent node makes the whole thing feel like magic. LOL. The responses feel very natural, and it keeps steering conversations toward booked appointments without coming across as pushy like other AI agents I've tried. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants an AI tool that sounds human and gets results!

I've been using Closebot for over a year and a half, right as V2 was starting. The number of changes the team has made is very impressive; they never stop. They listen closely to users and adjust and improve functionality weekly. The daily office hours, where you can get 1:1 support as well as the developer hour, are amazing. You can set up a bot and go live in minutes. The bots can be as simple or complex as you want them to be (trust me - I always push the limits), and the most impressive thing is that they just work!!!

Alex I'm sure the updates can be exhausting to keep up with, but now that the foundation is set in place, I'm sure you'll find most of the updates we release will make things better without you needing to tinker to get them to work!

We see this is the same review that was previously posted and removed from Google after we proved you never used our service. You used a company called ZappyChat before we purchased them. So sorry for your experience with that company before they were acquired, but this review does not belong on our company.
