Closebot is an incredible platform with so much capability. I have barely scratched the surface and it's been incredible.

I started using CloseBot a couple of months ago alongside my existing CRM (GHL) and it's literally been the best conversational AI tool I've ever used. Not only is it very good at what it does, the product is also polished, it's super reliable and the support is brilliant. There's a private community with courses and regular daily calls, too. I had booked my first call using AI within the first few days!

The customer service is superb, and it's not the usual support ticket and wait a week kind of thing. They're personally involved and you can tell they actually care whether you succeed or not. That's rare. The app just keeps getting better and better. What I really like is they don't just throw new features at it for the sake of it, they focus on getting things right. Their integrity is second to none. I use it with GoHighLevel and the integration is flawless, but it works really well on its own too. The AI chat, follow up, lead nurturing, all of it is solid and easy to use once you're in there. If you need AI for lead qualification and booking appointments, this is the one.
