Hands down, Close has been the best CRM. I have used it for a while now, and I appreciate that Close focuses on what actually matters: what moves a deal forward. It does not focus on a bunch of unnecessary features that just get you trapped in busy work instead of doing the real work, which is prospecting.

Best CRM I’ve used for sales, hands down I’ve been using Close for 3 years now running my recruiting business in Austria, and honestly, nothing else comes close (pun intended). The Predictive Dialer alone has transformed how many calls I can get through in a day, it’s an absolute game changer for anyone doing serious outbound. Combined with the workflow automation, I’ve been able to optimize my entire sales process so that follow-ups, reminders, and lead prioritization happen without me having to manually track everything in my head. What sets Close apart is that it’s built specifically for people who sell by phone and email, not a bloated general-purpose CRM you have to fight with to get basic things done. I run a one-person operation, and Close scales perfectly whether you’re a solo founder or part of a bigger sales team. Three years in, I still haven’t found a reason to switch, and I’ve tried enough alternatives to know that’s saying something. Most comprehensive and innovative CRM I've ever tried. The Close team is very open to new feature ideas. I've even seen some of my suggestions make it into production. When the rare bug or system slowdown occurs, the Close support team is very reactive and quick to get everything back online so our team can continue working. Can't recommend them enough.

I've used Close for over 5 months now and it's been a great way for us to transition to a more streamlined way of connecting w/ potential clients. At first we moved over our existing database from HubSpot, then we transitioned our entire Parternships & Sponsorships workflow to Close. Been a gamechanger and the AI integration is extremely useful. Team is great. User experience is 100%.

Honestly, It's been a great experience with everything; starting from A2P-DLC Compliance Approval, all the way to closing my first $11k deal! I highly recommend it if you are just bootstrapping and want to test the market (demand) for your niche product/service.

Close has been our go to CRM since it came out. I especially like how it's fully integrated with the email and calendar services we use so that it's totally seamless to keep track of all the activity. I also really appreciate the MCP server so that I can integrate with our internal agents.
