Have a $7 can of Clorox disinfectant spray that is 90% full. The sprayer doesnt work. I called customer service requesting one coupon to replace the can for the defective sprayer. I was told "No, the can only had a 12 mos shelf life". I dont even know how long it was into its "shelf-life" when it was purchased. Sounds like an easy out for a crappy sprayer to me.

Here's the deal with regards to this very unorthodox promotion the Clorox Company has been running the past month's time and it involves the claiming of a Gift of Clean box set that transpired last month and today (12/15/2025). I was waiting in the que for almost ten minutes time awaiting my turn to receive one of these boxes but there were issues with regards to the website loading up the order form once Noon CT struck as that was the timeframe this contest was set to go live, but after refreshing the page to make sure the order form showed up, it never did but mysteriously, the claims and requests for all 1600 of these boxes were already made and sold out, but all 1600 of them in that timespan when the promotion didn't even go on live before then?! How is this fair and this is very fraudulent on their part and I am asking them to send me one of these Gift of Clean boxes for being improperly shut out of the promotion due to their technical issues they had going on as they should have known that there were going to be innundated with thousands of people logging onto their website to claim this box. My concern is that I followed protocol and the rules here and waited right at Noon CT for the form to show up and it did, albeit five minutes later and with error messages and such and then all of a sudden, it sold out?! I call nonsense on their end and I'm hoping you folks at the Trustpilot as well can help to address this situation to them so this never happens again as I am aware many others who tried to claim this box dealt with the same issues as I had in trying to order the box at the appropriate timeframe indicated in the promotion rules. This is the main reason why I am using this platform to report these people at Clorox and those running this promotion to fess up and do what's right here and provide me with the box I legally tried to attain today, nothing more and nothing less and we can be done with this scenario and being issued an apology by them for the inconveniences caused to me today.
