Very disappointed, avoid this company! Initially overcharged by $9 due to a 'system error' and promised a refund within 3-7 days which never arrived. Refused to accept my dissatisfaction at the quality and standard of the product when it arrived. Refused to provide a return address although I was well within the time stipulated. Offered $3 as compensation on a $41 order. This company's customer service is a joke so DO NOT waste your time and money dealing with this company!

Very disappointed, even though they offer 30 days risk free guarantee, 100% satisfaction & zero risk they continue to stuff me around, offering $5us refund on a $47.14 purchase saying return postage at my expense would be too much. Do not trust this company

Good shopping experience! Although there were some small mistakes, the customer service attitude was good and the problem was quickly resolved. The product quality is good, and the prices are affordable. Overall, it's still pretty good.
