Do not buy from here. Total scam. Send you cheap junk after falsely advertising. Won’t refund and tell you to send back to China which costs $25. DO NOT BUY from them. I learned my lesson.

They advertise it’s a top notch phone holder and 4 weeks later send you a cheap car phone holder w a cheap sticker. They refuse to refund! Scammers! Do NOT purchase from Clockwiset.

Worst customer purchasing experience and I recommend avoiding this scam of a company. I bought a product here and the product arrived and was completely different from what I purchased. I then sent them a picture of the product they sent me and I explained how it was an entirely different product (a car phone holder) and I wanted to exchange it for what I ordered (a universal phone holder for taking photos and videos on walls, counters, etc). They said it was the right product but just “different from what we expected” and they then offered me $2! I said no, because it was an entirely different product. They then offered me $9. This is a scam of a company. I will never be purchasing something from an ad on Instagram again and I highly recommend not ordering from Clock Wiset.

Absolute scam company. bought a tracksuit through an online ad, and got a second 1 for half off, and they are such disgusting material that I will throw them out, after having awaited nearly a month for them. (I wouldn't even donate something so appalling.) Even more confusing, 1 said it was shipping from Poland, and the other Italy, but the second one arrived after 4 wks saying it was from Chicago. Huh? Clearly, I should have gone on here first, as I usually do. Since asking how to make a return of these absolute trash items (that are clearly not the material in the photos) they refuse to tell me, and simply offer insulting amounts of money for me not to return them. (This, despite saying that items are returnable up to 14 days after receiving them. (But returnable how and to where?) They first offered me $5 to keep them, and not leave a negative review. My response, "Absolutely not. I would like to return them for a full refund." I've since received 4 emails (just to add insult to injury, raising the offer in increments of (get this) $2. The top offer has been $10. I paid $39.99. IMO, they shouldn't be allowed to advertise in the US at all. There needs to be more regulation of these scam companies from abroad, In Europe al companies are regulated and obliged to offer a return no matter what. We need the same laws in the US.

Read reviews first. It was just as well I checked this first. I was gonna get the phone holder. There are no raving reviews here about it. What a scam. Buyer beware

I bought a mobile holder which according to the advertisement was fantastic. The actual product was absolutely rubbish. Didn't work. Threw it straight in the bin. Do not believe the 5 stars. That would have been given by themselves.

Product was flimsy and not what i ordered i contacted customer support with no satisfaction. DONOT waste your money on any of these products!

Not even worth 1 star. Delivered wrong product, when I requested an exchange, they told me they weren't wrong, "suggest" I keep it and refuse to assist. Don't waste your time or money.
