Abysmal customer service system. I was sent the wrong size of the ring I ordered. I placed an order for a size 10 ring And received a size 7. Of course I email them and the send me the automatic reply to please go on the portal and click on the thumbnail for exchange or return. My item was labeled ineligible to return. Naturally, I send another email asking if I could just exchange the size because I really wanted the ring. They sent me another automatic reply to which I ask again if there is any solution for the SYSTEMS ERROR. I haven’t heard back yet. The negligence is infuriating nobody should buy from here.

Would not order from this site again i ordered a necklace on the 25th of May and it still had not arrived (20th of July). I sent them two emails to which they responded they would get back to me but did not. I messaged the Instagram page and did get a reply stating they would resend the product I just needed to email them so I emailed for a third time to which they did respond saying that there was nothing they could do and that the original order should arrive soon as the mailing process was out of their hands. I’ve been tracking the order and it has not moved for over 2 weeks. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again. The product was needed for a birthday present which has now long passed, for the price of the items I expected better customer service.

Just received my Carnivore ring. They sold me a brass inlay, charged me a brass inlay and I received a sterling silver only Carnivore ring. What a waste of my damned time and money. BEWARE! Have photos of the ring, copy of the receipt and photo of the box on the back where it says materials are sterling silver. Section 74 bait and switch classic. I will be reporting to the competition bureau. **Update** Just got a response from Clocks and Colours, they want me to pay to send the ring back to them to replace it with something of equal value, waiting 45 days. But not what I ordered and they claimed I was paying for initially. No that is out of stock and was never in stock, they just said it was on their website. The worst customer service that I have ever faced. In my life I have purchased hundreds of items online, but in this case, it’s the first time that I have been forced to open a dispute on PayPal. I placed an order which it was sent on May 11. Today it’s 4th of June and nothing has arrived. The tracking code appears to be stuck. I tried to contact customer service in May 24. They told me that, they will pass my issue on European team and they will contact me back on email. On May 28th, no one reached me back, so I tried again. They said, they are going to answer me tomorrow and give me a solution. Guess what? No one reached me back. Again May 31, I’ve warned them that I will open a dispute. They said that by Monday, they would have contacted me. Nothing nothing nothing I opened a dispute, I tried to talk to them through the dispute. Nothing, they are not there. They are acting like scammers. My issue now is on PayPal. I hope they will do better than me. NEVER AGAIN
