Never arrived. Customer service is horrible and never responded to any of my messages. They confirmed that I put the right address and when I contacted USPS they told me that the seller put a different address. There was nothing I could do and I was literally scammed.

Hey Andrew,
Our support team has been in contact with you over the past week. As of just this morning, you were contacted by our support team offering to reship your order to you as USPS had delivered your order to an incorrect address.
Please respond to our email with the required information we need from you and we will be happy to assist you with your lost order. Thank you.

Hi Marcel,
We're sorry that you were unhappy with the outcome of your warranty claim application regarding your sunglasses.
We realize that your expectations were to receive free replacements of your items, however, based on the nature of the issue and damage you reported, it was determined that the damage was the result of a lack of maintenance and care while the items were in your possession. Our warranty exists to primarily cover manufacturing flaws, and as this was not a manufacturing flaw, your claim was denied.
Our warranty policy covers a wide range of product issues, and we are more than happy to provide warranty coverage on eligible claims. Further information on warranty coverage can be found in our help centre articles on www.clocksandcolours.com.
If you happen to require any further support, you can contact us anytime at [email protected] and our support team will be there to assist you.

2 snapped bracelets - defective product
My son has received 3 bracelets in succession - the first was incorrectly sized, the second snapped within hours, the third snapped within hours. My son had to fund the shipping costs for returning all defective products. Clocks and Colours stated the snapping was due to 'wear and tear'.
We made a formal request for a full refund due to the defective nature of the product. After 2 months of onerous emailing regarding our legal rights, Clocks and Colours finally admitted a refund was reasonable, but claimed not to have received the bracelet.
In response to Clocks and Colours' updated reply below: as C&C is fully aware, the latest defective bracelet was returned weeks ago and all evidence was provided in line with C&C's onerous process. We will of course resend all the evidence including tracking number, signature-upon-delivery and a photograph of the delivered defective item.
Clocks and Colours should also kindly note that providing a refund for a defective product is not a gesture of goodwill, it is a legal obligation.
Update 26/6/24 After emailing Clocks and Colours pictures proving that the faulty goods were delivered, they were left with no choice but to agree to return our money but unsurprisingly failed to process the reimbursement. After further contact by us, we eventually got our money back - A textbook case of how not to treat your customers!

Hello Suzie,
We're sorry for any frustration you and your son have had regarding your experience with issues with your item. It is extremely uncommon to have issues with an item so consistently, and we greatly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
We can see from our support history that your son has been covered under our warranty policy for the defective products you mentioned. It was explained to your son that our warranty policy provides customers with direct replacements for their faulty product, or provides store credit in the form of the original value of the purchased item to be used toward any other replacement item of your choosing. Our leadership team has made an exception to allow for a refund upon the conditional return of your item as a gesture of goodwill.
Due to the exceptional circumstances of your order not typically being eligible for a refund due to the age of the order, our system experienced an error in processing your refund, which was not a limitation or symbolic of our willingness to provide you good customer service. After resolving this matter with a technical solution, your money was sent to you manually by our accounting team.

Customer for 8+ years (5k+ spent) not any more
Customer for 8+ years (5k+ spent), admin on a c&c facebook group and will never purchase another piece from them.
There lifetime warranty is awful, got a chain clasp broke, pretty simple and cheap part, they require ever piece of information for me to claim regardless of there being a c&c stamp on there!
This was a gift and im not asking friends for the original invoice/invoice total etc its rude as hell!
So yea anyone want any pieces mine are going on marketplace. I currently have a £300 order in the post and the mrs has a £450 order on the way, both will be returned for a £5 clasp……remember your customers guys as your prices increase the service needs to aswell.
Response from Clocks and ColoursApr 25, 2024
Hello Gaz,
We're sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our warranty claim process. Please know that this process is not abnormal given industry standards.
It's important for us to clarify that the requirements of our warranty process include being able to verify your purchase by having an official order number on record. This is not a personal demand and is a component of our standard warranty approval process required for all customers. Even though the item may have our stamp on it, without your order number or proof of purchase on record, we cannot verify that it was purchased from us or an authorized retailer.
This type of product issue is something standardly covered under our warranty policy, and we would be happy to process your claim with proof of purchase. We're sorry that we could not make an exception to our policy, however we greatly respect and appreciate your support.
If you need continued support with any past or ongoing orders, you may contact us at [email protected]

Be Careful of Hidden Charges
Be careful about surprise charges from Clocks and Colors that are not disclosed on their checkout page.
In addition to US customs charges of over $50 that were not mentioned anywhere, they also required that I take off work to be home to receive the package.
Both of these are significant issues that should have been disclosed on their checkout page BEFORE I ordered.
Customer service claims I should have checked out their “Help” section prior to ordering and I would have been able to find information about the customs charges there. Who is going to look at a help section prior to ordering or until they need help with something.
Secondly, even the help section wouldn’t have solved the problem of me having to choose between staying home from work to receive their package or driving half hour to pick it up at UPS.
Ordering from clocks and colors was easy. But the service after order was nothing short of a big hassle.

Hello Robert,
Clocks and Colours will never charge any of our customers without their expressed permission. There are no hidden fees. All fees are displayed at checkout.
We understand that you contacted us because you refused to pay taxes and duties on your recent order purchased online and shipped to the USA. Being charged duties when ordering from across international borders is a common occurrence with international online shopping, and we kindly explained to you that we are not responsible for incurring or paying for those charges as is clear in our online policies. Our Help Centre is there to proactively assist customers who are conscientious of their online spending, along with our 24/7 available customer support team.
Customs fees are a charge that we do not benefit from, which cannot always be predicted when they will be incurred. We did our best to help you despite your demeanour and in the end, we provided you with the full refund that you are entitled to once your refused package was returned to our warehouse.
We also would never imply that any of our customers need to take time off of work or travel extensive distances to obtain their packages. We are not aware of everyone's personal circumstances, and it's each customer's responsibility to determine how and if their schedule can accommodate the schedule of receiving their package. We ship directly to the address provided by every customer at checkout.
We're always prepared to provide each and every customer with the best value for their money spent. We work to provide timely and accommodating solutions in any and all possible support situations subject to our policies, procedures and capabilities. We hope that you'll shop with us again in the future. If you ever need further support, you can reach our online support team at [email protected]

I bought several peaces from this…
I bought several peaces from this company. I took my apparition Bracelet to get appraised at sell it. Unfortunately the person that appraised it said that the $700.00 Bracelet Only had about $75.00 worth of silver. The Bryce lett is beautiful but it's worthless since You'll probably end up getting seventy five dollars worth for it if you've ever tried to decide to sell it. Does anybody know how to go about reporting this company to a better business bureau. I believe that they should be investigated.

Hello Armando,
We appreciate the opportunity to address our product cost.
All of our sterling silver jewellery is priced to reflect not only the cost of materials but also to cover the cost of the time and effort spent designing, manufacturing, revising, quality checking, shipping and marketing the item, all before being priced to turn any kind of profit, which is necessary for employees to get paid.
We cannot speak to the credibility of the jeweller you went to for their assessment of your item. However, all of our products are held to the highest standard of craftsmanship backed by a generous lifetime warranty that exists to ensure that your money is spent at a fair and reliable price. If you have any further questions or concerns, you are welcome to contact us at [email protected]

Lousy service / wrong sizing
It took quite a few back and forth discussions before they finally honored their 10% first time buyer discount for the size 9 ring I ordered….when I finally received the ring, it was not even a close fit (way to small)…took it to a local jeweler and was told it was a size 7…don’t waste your time with these people!!!
Response from Clocks and ColoursOct 4, 2023
Hello,
Sometimes discount codes do not work because they expire after a certain period of time has elapsed.
It also looks like the agent who assisted you provided you with the refund that you requested without any hassle.
If you are having issues with ring sizing, we have multiple ways of assisting you. We did not receive any communication from you about incorrect sizing for your ring. You can perform a product return or exchange using our easy online portal, or you can also reach out to us at [email protected] for an agent to assist you with the process.

Go elsewhere …
I want to inform anyone needing clock repair to avoid doing business with “Clocks and More” located in Hoffman Town shopping center.
My Regulator clock stopped working so I took it in for service. About 3 months later I paid $253 and picked up my clock. I was told it was working properly and had been cleaned and oiled.
After returning home it was obvious the clock was not working. It no longer chimed and the hour hand remained stuck at the one o-clock position. I called “Clocks and More” and they said to bring the clock back for service. Upon arrival at the shop, I explicitly told the clerk of the observed malfunction (she didn’t write any notes).
After several weeks I called to check on the clock and was told by the clerk, “I need to check with the technician and call you back”. I didn’t receive a call or message. When I called a couple of weeks later, I was informed the technician was on extended leave for personal reasons and to check back later. Several days later I called back and was told that the clock was ready for pick-up. I asked the clerk at the shop if they had fixed the stuck hour hand problem and she replied “how would I know”. The clock was not fixed and I feel cheated.
