Top notch Customer Service and a Company that Stands behind their product. I have a pendant and chain that was given to me as a fathers day gift to years ago. The chain broke on me, through no faultiness of workmanship. I wear this chain 24x7 365 for 2 years. I contacted the company to see if they offered repair service. They quickly stood behind their Lifetime guarantee and found my wife's original order from 2 years ago and sent me a new replacement chain. I was not expecting this. What GREAT Customer service.

Clocks and Colours not only has gorgeous jewelry, but they also have the best customer service I've ever dealt with. First off, the jewelry. I get compliments on my (now discontinued) Night Shift bracelet all the time. Women seem to really like it, and I love it because it's eye-catching and masculine but understated as well. The hinge held up well until my dog popped it, but even then C&C worked to help get me back on track. But what really sold me was their customer service when we bought a Fathers Day gift from them that the dad didn't end up liking. We bought it early and by the time Fathers Day rolled around, we were outside the return window. Well, I emailed to ask if they would make an exception since it had been a Fathers Day present that we bought ahead of time. Not only were they incredibly kind, they reset things such that I could put in the return paperwork online and ship it right back to them. I really am a customer for life. These guys are just the best.
