I see some bad reviews and wanted to give mine, i have ordered multiple times. 3 to be exact, first time i bought one of there most expensive neckleses just to see it in discount a week later, i e-maild them to explain and with a quick reply they told me they would pay me back the difference, amazing service and quick 'problem' fix! Other two times the items came in perfect condition, i highly recommend these unique jewelers

Was scared that the ring I ordered might not turn out the way it was advertised but when it finally arrived, it did not disappoint! Will gladly refer my friends to clocks and colours

Hello; my name is Theo W. P. and I recently purchased an item from Clocks + Colours on Friday, April 14th, 2023. When I paid for the item I noticed that an old shipping address was attached to my order and I freaked out; because, and if the order had been sent to the old address, I would have NEVER received my purchase!!! On Monday, April 17th, 2023, Miguel (from Customer Service Support), reached out and NOT only was Miguel able to correct my shipping address, he removed that address from my customer account profile ensuring no orders would ever be shipped to the old address. Miguel was so very patient with me - I am HIGHLY DETAILED ORIENTED - and completed all of my requests and answered all of my numerous questions/concerns. I am thankful for stumbling on to such an AMAZING men's jewelry company and CANNOT be more pleased! Thank you, Clocks + Colours and Miguel for making my experience a non-stressful experience and "upping" my "silver jewelry game." Sincerely, Theo W. P.

Kris has to be one of the best Customer Service agents that I've ever had the pleasure dealing with. Not only is he kind, attentive to details, and friendly, he went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was handled properly! Really appreciate all the CS staff at C+C, but especially Kris. Thanks again!! P.S. give this man a raise, he deserves it!

The best out there. I've known this brand for a while and it's honestly my favorite brand, not only because of jewelry, its always the little details like measuring band in the ring box or the way they pack up their stuff or their instagram account or their heavy metals club. Sometimes something will bug and you will need help (unfortunately that happens), but they will solve it as soon as possible.
