Clocks and Colours has the best customer service. I reached out to them regarding an issue with my order and they fixed it quickly and were very pleasant and helpful the whole time. They are a great company with great customer service.

A well earned 5 star! Very quick response and the issue was resolved quicker than any place I have ordered before. I ordered the wrong ring size so I sent a email and they cancelled my original order and refunded me the money so I could place a new order with the correct ring size. A quick response when there is a issue is so important and I was really impressed at how quickly everything was

Had a pair of glasses that a small piece broke off of. The quickly responded and sent me out a new pair. I have ordered from them many many times as always appreciate their great quality products and also appreciate that they stand by them when things don’t always pan out.

I ordered the Killswitch Engage ring from the UK, the order came exactly as they say within 5-8 days. It arrived on day 8 (not even 8 business days, just day 8) all taxes were already brokered by them so I had no extra charges and nothing to worry about. This was my first ever purchase and I can tell you the silver ring is solid, heavy and stunning quality. I am a lifelong jewellery consumer, I worked at a jewellery store too, and I would be fussy if it wasn’t the most amazing thing in the world. This is a beautiful piece worthy of its price. FYI they use DHL e-commerce which seems to not provide updates after a certain point, I did however contact DHL when I worried and I had an advisor contact me back very friendly, but I let her know all is ok! Clocks + Colours themselves also communicated with me several times being super nice, even on a Sunday, and even in early hours here in the UK, I don’t know how they do it but it’s hands down what my generation loves. Not to mention the package came with fun freebies and everything we all like to receive!!! All Hails!! Xx

I had only heard good things about C&C when I finally ordered expectations were already high. They blew those expectations out of the water. Shipping was fast and hassle free. The product which was the KnotXJJ Juliusson is beautiful and the knotwork is seamless and beautiful. I will definitely be ordering from C&C again.

I've been buying from Clocks and Colours for almost a year now. Their products are always creative, outstanding in design, plus backed by a lifetime warranty if any issues do occur, and every item that's been sent to my home has been handcrafted with pure awesomeness! Do you know what keeps me coming back and buying from C+C ? Besides their absolute stellar craftsmanship. Everyone I've dealt with in that company is a true badass. They have been truly out of this world with solutions to any issues. They ease my mind in their service so much that I always look forward to the quality products they release to purchase more.
