After i signed up it not only didn't…
After i signed up it not only didn't work on my phone but then I started getting charges on my cashapp under a another false claim still trying to charge it It is a scam dont fall for it If u do u will regret it

Buyer Beware
The website is not transparent on its homepage about extra add-ons they recommend and which can be added to your subscription after you have subscribed. I had already clicked on the 'subscribe' button and decided to cancel my subscription because of the lack of transparency. I soon learned I had to go through a third party to cancel my subscription, and there was no trial period, and my subscription would still be in place until the end of my subscription period (1 year.) My only recourse was to try to talk with them but all I got was their AI idiot which was no help at all. I am now out the cost of a 1-year subscription which I will not be using. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY NOR ITS PRODUCT TO ANYONE! (Pardon my yelling.) Buyer beware.

I cancelled it through my bank...
I cancelled it through my bank.... I had just signed up, so it was easy! My husband was calling me (and yes, he's in my contacts) it kept blocking him and he couldn't leave a voicemail. I am way too old for this Crap 💩

Waste of money!
Waste of money! Customer service sucks! They canceled less than 24 hours and they won’t give me my money back!! I get more Spam now than I did before joining! You get more out of Lifelock! For about the same amount of money too.

Cloaked jammed up my phone , I get no calls now ,Customer Support could not help me now I have to buy new phone .. stay away from cloaked

Scam
Spam calls came back in less than a week of my subscription. No human support for customers.

Spam and lots of it!
Signed up for the service and within two days I was getting 10-15 spam text a day where before I would get 4-6 in a week!! I gave it about a month to see if this was possibly just part of the program. If anything it continued to get worse. I canceled my account and weeks later I'm still getting more spam than ever before!! I have see the same senerio repeated by multiple other users and complaints on the BBB. I definitely would Not do it again! EDIT AFTER RESPONSE Just my point. I didn't even need spam protection until I DID sign up for your service. Like many others have reported. A coincidence? I don't think so.

I feel bait-and-switched
I feel bait-and-switched. They offered a 30 day free trial, and then it is impossible to get a human on the phone which is the ONLY way to reverse the full 1-year charge. I am extremely irritated, and plan to file a complaint with my credit card.
