They need to have a zero star choice. I purchased cloak and put it on my phone And couldn't get up to work correctly. I contacted their support and still couldn't get up to work. I finally requested and refund and removed it from my phone. Now, my phone is so messed up. I'm not sure how to resolve the problem. I'm still working through the mess. My phone won't take calls if it does, It sends them somewhere I have no clue where they go. I have messages going into other people's text Chat.

I had issues from the beginning of the service. 1. My phone stopped ringing at all. 2. essentially all my calls were blocked.3. I was not able to identify callers. 4. I was not able to distinguish friend from spammer. I called support about the issues many times over months. After many complaints they did something and my phone would ring for a few weeks with calls, but then stopped ringing again. I never got a resolution of being able to identify callers. This continued for months without resolution. I finally cancelled the service and am getting my calls again. I felt that customer service was very lacking.

The scammer calls got MUCH worse since I started using this app. NOT better at all ... I get three times the calls now, I was getting before. They are no help at all. The chat bot says an agent will reach out to me, but no one ever does. I regret hiring this company, they made my life so much worse.

Not only does the product not work as advertised it glitched up my devices to boot. The 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee is a lie you just get automated responses claiming they can fix the problem. I would not accept this service if they offered me a free lifetime subscription.

I never got to talk to a human being. I had to deal with an a I, kept wanting to send me verification codes, i actually received eight verification codes, none worked, still had to deal with a I, if I got to talk to a human being, it might have went much easier! I finally got it canceled. After much stress. If you have a business that relies on new customers calling in, do not get this app It will only allow your contacts to get through.

I am very worried about signing up with this company. The reason why is you put all of your private information into it, now they have all your private information. After joining, when I logged into my Social Security, I saw a Chinese IPN log in at the same time as me. It was quick and then it vanished. Now some company in China has access to my private affairs and Social Security. I am so bummed that I did not think this through before signing up. Keeping you off the dark web is their sales pitch for getting American's logins, IMO.

I was unable to sign in on my phone. After a week I asked for a refund. They cancelled my auto renew but would not refund my money. Any other reputable company has refunded my money when I was dissatified with the product. The comapny can tell I was unable to use the product. Beware, according to Cloaked "Cloaked subscriptions are generally final and non refundable, as outlined in our Terms of Service." So you have to pay to try it, once you pay your money is gone.
