Absolutely love the App had a few issues and called in and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Caleb, who is more than happy to walk me through the whole process and help me with all of my questions. He was super supportive and helpful, and I’m glad I was able to reach him.

Had an account issue and Caleb helped me resolve it! He took extra time to make sure everything was set up correctly and all errors had been corrected. 10/10 recommended to protect your privacy, customer service was great as well!

I signed up for Cloaked over a month ago, but I never wrote down the details, including my password, and forgot where I saved the Recovery Key. (I found it last night.) Veronica was on the phone with me for almost an hour and helped me reset everything. We discovered I needed to do a Cloaked Update to make the necessary changes. She was extremely patient and professional. (I would have started drinking if I had to deal with me on that phone call:).)

I was having a hard time setting up my account and working with chat. They connected me with Veronica on phone and she was awesome and took me thru everything and explained it all in just a few minutes. I'm all set up now and it's already catching spam calls. Glad I switched from Aura to Cloaked!

Purchased to escape the constant spam phone calls I was getting on my Apple iPhone. I was so thrilled with the service and the immediate sessation of these calls that I added my husband to our account. I had a question during my set up and called, spoke to Veronica and it was taken care of immediately.
