keep taking money from my bank and there is no support for this SHIT!

Can’t stop them from taking payment out each month. I don’t want it and the phone number goes to a different company. Please provide a correct number to get them to stop taking my money!

Don't fall for it. I did a pre-purchase scan, over 900 entries found. After purchase, only 200 something found, but ZERO!!! removed. WTF is the point. Cancelled! My guess is they will want you to subscribe for a full year before actually removing anything. Bait and switch BS. Glad I only paid for 1 month, instead of a full year. I hear customer service is awful when trying to cancel a full year service.

Customer service is awful. One can't get a hold of anyone on the telephone. They try to have their automated chatbot send you emails which are completely useless. This company clearly signed on way too many customers and they can't handle the share volume. My recommendation is to avoid working with this company until they have sufficient staff to answer phone calls and emails.

As far as I can tell Cloaked is doing nothing. I have just as many spam calls and emails as ever. This purchase was a mistake.

The website that shows you are compromised is flawed, it cant find me but it lists someone with both names spelled differently & the age of 103. I hit the "Thats not me" button & it forces you to put all my info in again, it searches and finds the same guy, mispelled both first and last name but it does not present the same thats not me button and you are just stuck there. Seems like a failure to me.

I thought I was paying a monthly fee. Instead they charged me for a whole year. Try getting your money back from them. Impossible! Canceled an hour after purchase and still waiting for refund...

They boast about your online privacy, yet in their terms of service, they say that any information they gather on your behalf, they have the right to do with it as they please. So basically you give them all of your information, they collect it, and they will sell it. Kind of laughable when you think about it.
