CALEB IS THE CLOAKED G.O.A.T!!!!
Caleb is the absolute best!! He resolved an issue that no one over the last 48 hours and 6 hours total on the phone could do!! He was patient, empathetic, FUNNY, and knowledgable!!! Best of all he did not have pet roosters crowing non-stop in the back ground like one of his colleagues😂😂😂😂 THANK YOU CALEB FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!!

Flo was awesome and really took the time to walk us through the many steps to ensure that both of our iPhones were properly set up and running. As seniors it seemed too complicated, but Flo came to our rescue.

There is a learning curve and it takes patience to learn how to use all the beneficial features, but it’s worth the time and effort and the money. Customer support, Haze and Louise and Ashley recently assisted me and all were great. Highly recommend.
