I only did their initial "scan" to see what would come up. My gut said no and closed out their site w/o downloading. Not 5 minutes later, I was bombarded with 4 spam emails, 2 not very nice! I truly believe, not getting any spam emails before being on their site, they're initiating these emails to make people upset and sign up with their company.

The app did me no good Just as much spam as always. Tried to get refund- impossible to make contact. Avoid this money trap!

It takes over your phone. I couldn’t answer the calls that I wanted to answer so when I got tired of that I decided to cancel. That was a whole thing. I finally had to contact my phone service because I all my calls went to some other phone number. After 2 days I was finally able to use my phone again. The higher reviews here has probably not tried to cancel there service yet!!!

Ì paid for a monthly subscription than saw that they charged me for a full year. Also the app was way to complicated so I canceled my subscription. Now under stand I canceled my subscription within 10 minutes of paying. We'll it's been 6 days and they haven't responded yet and they didn't return my money. Even though their site says full refund if not happy. Do not trust these people with your money.

When I signed up for cloaked, I thought it would eliminate scammers who messaged me via text or email and even called me. Sadly, the opposite happened. The scam calls, text messages and emails all increased including three fake publishers all trying to rip off my work. Although canceling was easy, I refuse to continue such a fraudulent subscription. This company needs to be investigated. I’m not interested in any compensation from them. Now I have more scammers than I know how to deal with things to them. Very bad customer service too. Don’t trust any scam removal companies.

When I checked out Cloaked they ran a test on my information to tell me how many times my information was visible to lists, hackers, etc. They listed many hundreds. After paying to have these removed, the results are disappointing. After 2 months, my dashboard shows 81 exposures removed. I feel scammed by their "test scan". But wait, there's more! Free VPN? Nope. It will not work with Android Auto and is only for cell phones, not laptops. Oooo, and there is even more. Some calls from people in my contact list are rejected as spam. Voicemail screening? Garbage. Friends have told me they left me voicemails, but Cloaked never passed them on. I spent 2 hours this AM restoring my native voicemail. Apps should be intuitive to use and not require extensive customer support. I hate wasting my time on getting tech to work. If it isn't extensively tested to ensure it works and has an intuitive interface, then don't sell it. Asked for a pro rata refund; they refused. STAY AWAY, unless you are a geek who loves tinkering and paying for the privilege.

What a mess it made. While it's helped 'erase' my data, using it to hide emails and calls created a nightmare for me. One, a cloaked email is blocked by most platforms so you'll NEVER get emails! Emails I depended on to receive sign in codes never arrived. Those accounts had to be recreated with my actual email to work. Two, don't use spam blocker! You'll miss important calls and good luck trying to get messages. It's a maze of complexity you don't need. Good idea, bad design. Skip it for your mental health (I'm still working to dig myself out). Oh, and support? There is none. Update: Cloaked replied to this (below) saying to 'reach out' to support. I did that a dozen times in the last month and still no solution to my email issues.

Seems kind of a coincidence that everyone information got leaked again and here comes the savior a app that charges to delete what possibly they hacked and leaked right as they were launching this app not 1 penny will they get of mine
