In some cases, if your data was already circulating, spam may continue—or even temporarily increase—before it starts to go down. Based on what we’ve seen from other users, spam does begin to decrease over time as our data removal process takes effect and your information is pulled from major data brokers. We did reach out to you today by email to make sure your cancelation and refund request was processed. Please feel free to respond to that email if you need any additional help. Our entire mission is to reduce your exposure online, not add to it. While our Data removal should reduce spam overtime, If you data was already circulating with spam groups it may continue. We have a text filtering feature on our road map. While we don't have an ETA, for now we encourage you to block and report spam texts moving forward.
