I’m absolutely livid with this very bad company!!! Ripoff, and FRAUDSTERS. After cancelling them in March this year, which they acknowledged; they just sent me an invoice for March just now, it’s MAY!!! And they just sent me another email saying “Welcome to Cloaked and verify email” Well of course I didn’t verify them. I didn’t even rejoin them!!! They are the WORST company out there. I would not trust them with anything secure!! I will be reporting them to BBB and FTC for FRAUD. Do NOT use this BS. company.

I didn't work the way it was explained to me and thats ok my problem is I caneld last month took it off my phone and now they charge my card so I recharged out to them and they cant help me because they can't identify me now so now I get to call my card company and get a new card because they cant identify me but they had no problem taking money

Beware… this might not be a bad option for some people, but I have a small business. I don’t think I am getting new customer calls and I can’t get a human to help me so I want to cancel but can’t seem to get that done either.

Terrible app, very difficult to use, terrible, absolutely terrible customer service, blocked all my calls even calls from people & business associates in my list of contacts Long phone call wait times & disconnect never get to speak with anyone on customer service line, they tell you they’re gonna call you back then even their callback is blocked by their app Then Even after deleting the app and involving Apple tech-support to help me clear the data they continue to block my phone calls so I had a phone carrier to get them involved, apple was notified tried to communicate with Cloaked support and has set up investigation An absolute nightmare experience with this app…. There’s gotta be a better way I’m amazed at this company stays in business with such horrible tech support and inability for customers to communicate with anyone in our tech department Now I’ve gotta try to cancel the subscription and get a refund, when I went to the cancel subscription site it says that they’re gonna charge me until March of next year…… great customer service, I put this in the scam category

Horrible time setting up the account. The add says 30 day cancellation. OK I purchased the one year plan and it won't cancel until next year - so no refund. !. DO NOT purchase the one year deal if you are going to buy this crap. Yea right..try to call them like their AI bot says...They never answer.....

Downloaded this app to stop unwanted calls and messages—ended up creating more problems. Canceled my subscription, deleted the app, and it’s STILL intercepting calls, texts, and emails. I can’t even change settings because my account no longer exists. An app meant to protect your privacy shouldn’t keep interfering after it’s removed. Feels invasive, not helpful. Extremely disappointing.

I only used the desktop browser version. And it's bad enough I have to refresh the page in order to get new messages, but they had to make a new account for me because so many features and cloaked were just broken in my account and it took months and they never bothered to fix it. But my old account at least when I hit refresh the newest messages were at the bottom of the page. But now with this new account, the newest messages are at the top of the page and I have to wait for an entire 100 + messages to be collected /cached, then I have to scroll all those 100 messages up to the newest at the very top. And do this every single time I refresh to get new messages. The fact somebody doesn't know how to sort and it's been like this for months is absolutely amazing it hasn't been fixed

Don't do it! It caused nothing but issues and the technical support is a joke. Used it for 4 days, it locked my wife out of her email then when I cancelled my subscription NO Refund! left with a charge for the whole year. If you want your phone all jacked up, missed calls that you need and a total pain in the ass this is for you. Asshats!
