I was drawn to Clixlo when I saw a couple templates that looked beautiful... I'm just not design savvy or technical but needed to get my online presence going. They were kind enough to help me transfer my info from my old site, and turn on features for me I didn't even realize I had! The customer service has been really good and I like that it's affordable and has lots of bells and whistles. So yeah, it's all that and a little bit extra!

Low quality interface, very slow website builder, looks to be a copy/paste CRM of many other CRM’s. I was lured in by their Facebook advertising claiming they replaced all these major platforms like Click Funnels etc, but to be completely honest…they don’t even hold a torch to click funnels. Don’t invest.

Clixlo has many powerful features. The team has been helpful while I've been customizing funnels, automated worflows, and email campaigns.

Amazing customer service experience with @Grace De Pano @TeamClixlo! She was very receptive, cared about the concern of the customer. She went above and beyond by making sure all questions and concerns were answered and addressed properly and professionally. You hardly get this kind of support from a lot of representatives. I truly appreciate all the help, support, time, and understanding throughout the whole process. Looking forward to continuing doing business with you @Grace De Pano and whole @TeamClixlo that helped me throughout the process of explaining your platform and patience with all my questions and asking for any promo or discounts :) ! I am extremely disappointed with Clixlo for course set up and landing page. Their support is unavailable most hours, they have no proper documentation or digital support. Although their site notes 100s of tutorial videos, there is no way to access them. Their chat support suggests hiring a VA support, minimum $150 purchase to get answers to what should in theory should be be simple, basic set ups. Do yourself a favour and use Shopify or any other LMS if you're creating courses.

Client support is the best. They will take all the time in the world with you. Patient, kind and open. Thanks, Clixlo! Carl, the support tech is the BEST!

Update after Clixlo responded to this review: In true Clixlo form, they replied to this review stating they couldn’t find me as a customer! Read the review I gave and you will understand how much of a joke this is! Yes, Clixlo, you are right - if you even read the review, you will see why. There you have it guys - the EXACT customer service you can expect from this company. They don’t read the complaints, the questions, or anything else that is put in front of them that you might need help with. RUN! ——- Yikes! I would run. Clixlo advertised to me on Facebook and looked awesome when I watched the demo. I had a few more questions and asked through their website chat function. Someone from the Clixlo team was assigned to help me. This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I asked for this person's supervisor and they gave me an email. I emailed Mike my concerns. He read the email multiple times and then never responded. If this is the type of customer service you get even before buying the software, what do you get afterward? We will continue to look for a different provider for our needs.

I love Clixlo! It's such a great platform for marketing, funnels and website building. Their support is not always online but this is due to being on Pacific Timezone, however I got responses to all my questions. I would add that Grace is a great asset for the support team on chat. I've tested many platforms and I can definitely say that Clixlo is one of the best funnel/site/automation platforms out there! Keep up the good work guys!
