cliponexpress.comReviews of cliponexpress.com

I wish I had checked Trust Pilot first instead of reviews on their website. Whilst happy to wait, there complete lack of communication is not only frustrating but does make me feel its all a bit of a scam, so best avoided.

I ordered clipons on September 6th and I still have not received them more than a month later. The invoice says that they should have arrived 7-14 business days after ordering. I have emailed the company repeatedly, with no response. On September 29th, I received an automated email with a tracking number claiming that my package will "package will ship on 09/29/26 via Ground Advantage." The USPS tracking page indicates that a shipping label was created on September 29th, and nothing has happened since. USPS has not even received a package.

So far, I have waited since August 27. No product, no responses to multiple attempts to contact. Probably just wasted my money.

I am so sorry I didn't check these reviews first. Looks like I got duped as well. Placed the order, they wrote to ask for an additional image. I sent it and asked them to confirm that I did it correctly - silence. I have written for an update on delivery; it's now been a month- still silence. I would avoid this company if you value your hard-earned money.

Customer service is unresponsive. It's been 2 1/2 months since I placed the order, which was verified by the merchant. The order was charged against my credit card the following day. I never received the sunglass clips, so pursuing a return through my credit card company.

Ouch - should have read reviews before ordering. Order placed July 31, 2026, ship to is Canada. I did get the order confirmation promptly. I then followed up Aug. 14, no reply to email, just sent another inquiry via website, let's see if they respond. So far zero customer communications, zero customer service. Tried to call - no answer.

So disappointed in this company!!! I ordered from them 2 yrs ago and was very happy with their customer service. I had issues with my clip-on sunglasses not fitting properly. They addressed the issues and made the adjustments and I have been very happy until now! I recently lost my clips and before I reordered them on I checked to see that they were still in business. I reordered my clip-on 7/11/26, with the exact same frame info and shipping in 7-14 days. I’ve emailed them after the 14 days asking if they have been shipped…. No response. I emailed them again and on 8/3 they responded stating my order would be shipped at the end of the week, which was 8/7, and I would emailed the tracking info. I emailed them on 8/11 and have gotten “Crickets” from them!!! I’m surprised that they are still in business with such lousy customer service!!!

Ordered an in-stock (not custom) item on June 26, shipping was 7-14 business days. Item never shipped. End of July, I sent an inquiry through their website and another via email. No response. I finally initiated a chargeback on Aug 4th with my credit card. They don’t respond to them either. With all the horrible reviews, I’m not sure how this place is still in business. Don’t send them your money, it’s not worth the hassle.
