This company is a scam
This company is a scam. My school did not approve one of their preceptors and they offered a full refund in their policy, which was resent to them several times. They refused to give me a refund. I showed proof that my school is losing accreditation as well as not allow allowing me to use their preceptor. The school would not give a formal rejection letter and they offered to place me another semester however I no longer needed their preceptors, and I talked to three different people, Kane Ray, Giselle, and some other person who kept giving me the runaround about their refund policy, and they kept charging me.
Response from Clinical Match MeJul 2, 2026
Hi Jennifer, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're truly sorry for the stress this caused. We understand how much pressure you were under with a rotation deadline approaching and money on the line. For anyone reading, we'd like to add some context, because being fair to you and to other students matters to us. The most important point is this: we did not deny your refund. We issued you a full refund of every dollar you paid. Our refund policy, which is part of the agreement signed at checkout, provides a refund when a student's school rejects their matched preceptor. For that reason, the one thing we kept asking for was simple written confirmation from your school that the preceptor had been rejected. We were never trying to withhold anything. We were only trying to verify that rejection so we could approve the refund under the policy. Your school, unfortunately, declined in writing to provide that confirmation. The reason that became clear only later. The real obstacle was never a rejected preceptor at all. Your school was losing its accreditation and was no longer approving any clinical placements. That is a genuinely difficult situation and completely outside your control, and had we known it, we would have gladly helped. But it was not the reason you first gave us, and you did not share it until the situation had already escalated. Had you told us this from the start, we could have brought it straight to our management team, and your refund would have been approved much sooner. Once we understood the full picture, that is exactly what happened. A school losing accreditation falls outside the specific conditions our refund policy covers, yet management still approved a complete refund for you, because it was the right thing to do. We're sorry the process felt long and frustrating, and we truly wish it had reached that outcome faster. Our goal was never to keep your money. It was to follow a fair and consistent process, and then to do right by you regardless. You have been fully refunded, and we sincerely wish you the very best in finishing your program.
