Issue was quickly resolved
Updated: Apparently the source of the issue i had was a third party, UAS, not Climb. I can forgive the slow response time because once a representative from Climb contacted me the problem was resolved quickly so i'm updating the review to reflect that

I just now got off the phone with (another) pleasant customer service operator and thank you. My apologies at not getting your name I was too happy that you took the time to make it make sense to me, your bomb for that and you knew my name. The first time I had no idea I could express my thanks for the SO MUCH your company has done for me getting my life back together. When you google me, that's only the beginning.
