My husband and I are both disabled, the house we live in has no AC. I purchased 2 Climafy Units, it took almost 2 weeks to arrive. As soon as they arrived, I plugged them in “NOTHING”! I let them run for about an hour still nothing. The air was barely coming out and it was warm air not cold or even cool. My husband emailed Climafy and they wrote back and said “we’re sorry, but “all sales are final” we sent them a screenshot of their advertisement where it said “ 60-day money back guarantee full refund, if not satisfied. They wrote back still refusing us a refund! I used my last $300 (that I didn’t have, it was my grocery money) Climafy is a rip off, a fraud and scammers!! Their products don’t even work!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CLIMAFY!!!!!!! Now we’re without food and still burning up from this summer heat!!!! I didn’t even want to give them 1 star, but that was the only way I could leave my review!!! They should be ashamed and they need to be investigated and shut down!!!!!!!! 100% DISSATISFIED!!!😡 Climafy needs to give me my money back (FULL REFUND) or send me two new units that ACTUALLY WORK!!!!

I bought portable AC from Climafy and i was so happy based on their websites to see all the features that Climafy was advertising. After one month i received and plugged immediately to see the results. I was stunned with facts that portable AC was pretty much as toy. It says blow cold below 70degree and actually blow the air in room temperature i had infrared thermometer to prove this and also reported to Climafy for returning. Too expensive for what is indeed this AC which do not use system particularly for cooling is based in blow fan and nothing else. But the saga do not end here. They do not provide free return and this is part of their scam to make so hard returning on buyers expense to mail on China. It cost me $60 from my pocket to mail and after they received the product charged me about $9 custom fee from my money and it takes more than a month back and fourth to receive the money with they lies and still not taking. People do not make business with this Company. They based in China and their costumer service sucks. Their product is a toy not AC as their advertise very bad product and bad costumer service. I have spend $230 both buying and posting back and haven’t received my money back offer more than month and half they have received the product back. Very disappointed….. Do not be part of my journey and scams by Climafy.

What a SCAM. I bought 2 in good faith on arrival and tried straight away only to discover that they are not air conditioner at all only a FAN sent email straight back to them took two days to get a reply for there bot rico to say no refund as they say these were final sale no way did it say that in the video it stated 60 day money back if not satisfied. They just take people's hard earned money. I give this minus 10 total rip off

Tried to cancel an order prior to shipping but they refused Item arrived absolutely useless probably does not conform to Ce regs Asked to return for a refund and they are refusing They don't even understand their own t and c's I'll report them to trading standards absolute joke should be closed down

This item is a SCAM. It doesn't do what they describe it will do. They claim you have 60 days to return; 100% satisfaction; no questions asked. I received the item and wasn't happy with the item. The very next day I attempted to return it and they denied my refund. They stated my item was final sale and no refund. Your website clearly states 60 day money back guarantee. TOTAL SCAM!!!

scam company. Its a fan with a blow dryer attachment. Please do not buy, I feel stupid for not reading reviews prior to my purchase. The return policy is BS, it states 60 day no hassel return when you email them you will recive a reply from a bot named Rico saying that your sale was a final sale BS. Please do not fall for this scam. I have american express revesing my charge

Not based in California, Not an Air conditioning unit…. Just No no no… avoid . I was fooled by the hype convinced by the videos but honestly the units are tiny, the cable length is useless and don’t mention the air conditioner, my hand held fan has more umfff.. when I contacted them they just turned around all my complaints to “sorry it didn’t meet your standards”! To return I had to send a video ? How that showed temperature, then they sent me a return form with the address to return them to, at my expense with the instructions to lie on the customs form to pay less tax!! Failure to do that would mean they would refuse return… so customs, ? Tax/VAT, and delivery was £320.00 non-refundable who can afford that and with no guarantee of a refund.. I honestly do not know where these positive reviews come from?? Do not give benefit of the doubt to this company…

Do not buy one, they are Chinese rubbish with no money back guarrantee.
