Cliganic is a phony!! I have been using Rosehip oil for over 25 years so I’m very familiar with the quality of the real product. I first purchased Rosehip oil from Cliganic several months ago and what I discovered was shocking… I found each bottle I purchased at different times thinner/color lighter/feel and texture smell completely different than the one before. These are all signs of mixing/blending with cheaper oils. I admit I was skeptical when I did not find any description/info on their website about where they source their Rosehip oil from???When writing the company about these questions… including sourcing their oils, they first responded very vaguely without answering my specific questions. When I continued to email the company with unanswered questions about their product they no longer answered my emails… only responding with a generated AI answer “we will get back to you” of course they never got back to me. I found several complaints about this product from their company as well as them selling on Amazon customers complaining about different consistency/color/smell of product! For warned, it is a shame that these companies can get away with selling these products at a high price point without ever being held accountable for delivering the real thing!

I got a message about a subscription coming up and to log in to add or change anything. I logged in to add some items and received not only the original subscription, but the second order of more items, including a duplicate of the original. When I emailed to ask about it I was told it was because of the way I ordered. I simply did what was offered and the reply was a bit rude to be honest. No offer assistance or to return the duplicate. I've cancelled my subscription.

I did not receive my order!!!!!
