This is THE best training program I've undertaken in all my 25 years of post-university career. It's clear, detailed, and transformative. The support provided by the COD is unlike anything else - responsive and instructive - and the team actually care about you and your progress. If you fit their client profile, I highly recommend you do this program with any delay. Can I give it 6 stars?

Joining the COD program was the best decision I've ever made for my business. Not only did they teach me their amazing system for creating and marketing my group coaching program (which I didn't have before COD), they also provided me with continuous support around my mindset for every hurdle along the way. I never would have thought I'd be enrolling clients at $7K or $12K, but now I KNOW with such certainty that what I do with my clients saves and changes the trajectory of their lives and their relationships lives forever and I could have never gotten to that place of certainty (and therefore would have missed out on helping a lot of people who really need it) without COD. And the best part is - I have SO MANY dear friends & colleagues who I have met through COD - some true besties - and we support each other consistently, so I'm never at it alone. Oh, AND, I got my dream! In the last few months, I made $37K while I spent months during Covid at a luxurious villa in Bali with my son, working at my pool side 15 hours a week, camping for two weeks at a remote site overlooking Lake Superior (where I incidentally enrolled a client on one bar of service), and spending most of my days doing the things I love - so much that I'm EXCITED when I get to work! What an incredible program and teaching/mentorship team! After studying and being guided through several sales teaching programs over the past few decades, I am totally gob-smacked at how self explanatory, engaging, profound and effective SOD is. COD is the most incredible life-changing team. From the start, everything that Russ said just made sense that no one else in the online space was talking about.
