I went through the Clients on Demand program and was extremely displeased with my results. I was handed a very generic sales system that was not a good representation of my brand or program. Which I was willing to be open minded about because of their promises that they are “the best in the world” and “this always works”. The system booked a few calls but we didn’t have one single person show up for the calls, most didn’t even respond to text/email confirmations. When I asked the team for support on how to adjust the system so that people would show up for calls, I was told everything is fine and not to change anything. Shortly after I was “graduated” from the program, my coach ghosted me, and the only follow up I received was emails trying to sell me the lions pride program.
I understand this works for some people. My guess is it mostly works for business coaches. I’ve had a relationship program for years and have been quite successful with it. I’m not a beginner. I would have thought I would be one of the easier cases but my offer and brand was given no attention. I was put through the same generic system as everyone and my audience doesn’t respond to cheap inauthentic marketing.
I can also personally attest to seeing many other coaches while I was in the program being treated similar to me. Not getting their desired results, and being graduated. This company takes no responsibility for their results. As soon as you register they have you sign a contract that says no guarantees and no refunds, at the time I assumed it was just a formality, I see now it’s what the company stands on.
I did find value in some of the coaching and learning how to run ad campaigns, it was not a total loss. But it was extremely overpriced for the results I got. If I had had even one person show up to a sales call, I would be writing this review very differently, or if the company had shown any effort to help me get that one person.
I am extremely displeased with the lack of care and integrity I’ve experienced from Clients On Demand.

Does not deliver on the promise, too expensive
The contract that I signed up with to do this 2 months program, promises that by the end, after following all the steps, creating the automated webinar to generate leads, you will have consistent lead flow & be able to close sales as a result of it.
I found the entire process very cumbersome and a mostly frustrating experience, 2 months is not enough, granted they extended the time frame, but even with the funnel that is now setup, I ran out of time before I was able to experience running ads to generate leads & optimizing it!
So I got a $9,000 funnel setup for appointments.
But now I need to spend more money to run ads, and even after 4 months, I am still in the same place as I was when I first started, with the one exception that I now have an appointment funnel.
I feel like I should get a partial refund, because what was promised was only partial delivered and even when I implemented everything, as taught, it did not cause me to generate more business, as it promised it would.
For me it does not deliver on the promise, it is too expensive.

Disappointed
I did this program and was disappointed with the outcome. COD run a very slick operation and there is great support in the few weeks when you are on the program . However I think that you need to be already well established in your niche in order for this to work.
The problems for me have really only started now that my funnel is up and running. I have been getting "calls" through my ads but not clients. Social proof is WAY more important than they suggest it is. This is NOT a program for people early in their coaching journey.
Their answer to this is to spend more money on their Sales on Demand program.
Disappointed overall but I did learn a lot. But did it get me Clients on Demand? NO

Be prepared to drop $9-$10k the day of…
Be prepared to drop $9-$10k the day of your exploratory sales call. Nothing they show you on the front end talks about the cost of the program. When you inquire about the cost of the program on the sales consult call, you will be told the course “normally” costs $15k but if you purchase today it’s $10k. If you don’t make a purchase decision the same day of your sales call the cost will go up to $15k.
$10k is not an easy decision for people to make and be rushed into in business. To do so and charge someone $5k more a couple days later when they were able to get their financial situation in order to me is insulting. If your program is worth $15k, so be it... taking $5k off the price for a same day decision shows the program is not really worth that but to then charge that a few days later is insulting.
I don’t write this to complain or feel like a victim, I write this because the title asks “Tell us about your experience” and if I would have known that ahead of time, I would have held off taking the exploratory call to when I knew I could make that decision.

SKETCHY!🚩Huge Let down🤬🤯
I spent close to 6 hours doing research on Clients On Demand (watched the documentary, watched the webinar, watched every single testimony, read 5-6 page of these Trust Pilot Reviews) and became really excited about working with this company. The time I mentioned above researching COD doesn't begin to include the time I have spent looking at other business coaching (elite CEO’s , Kevin David etc).
So after a long journey of excitement I was definitely looking forward to my call I booked. I waited four days for the call in anticipation and had my notebook out ready to go.
NOTE* for anyone who has booked a call...be prepared to buy a $10,000 Course on the spot. If you don’t have the money, they will push you to credit Card loans that they to ensure the purchase claiming you’ll make it back. Very risky. I knew this going into the call from the research I did. That is NEVER going to happen with me and I like to take my time and sit with things before I make a massive financial commitment like that. 100% understandable to anyone.
You have to keep in mind, this is a program this is going to teach you how to optimally run an ad that links to a webinar, Collects the target audience email, follow up with your potential client in hopes to get them on a call, where you will then (using their strategies) close the high ticketed service or product ON THE PHONE.
Well this is exactly what they do. You saw an ad right? Went to a webinar, gave your email? Scheduled a call?
They teach you how to do what they did to you.
I personally am not turned off by this, because their is knowledge and skill behind this.
So why 2 stars?
Because....the sales call with COD’s “enrollment coach” Matt Dakan.
At the beginning of the call he asked where I lived, asked about my family, how I was, and was so kind. Remember it’s a sales call. Knowing he was going to give me a formulated sales pitch that I knew was time consuming on his part, I politely let him know that I am 100% going to go through with COD, believe in their service, but I am also 100% not going to purchase until February (when I will have closer to $10,000...the amount for the course) and didn’t want to waste his energy on a pitch...but that I do want to know more details THAT I HAD NOT FOUND YET ONLINE, and that hearing from a human being would be a great way to deal with some nerves, and that my personal “client preference” is to receive as much detail as possible in going forward with a big financial commitment.
This is where things got very SKETCHY QUICKLY and plain uncomfortable.
I asked him “how will COD get me results? Before hopping off call, I need to hear a short 20-30sec breakdown of what a client experience would look like.”
HE WOULD NOT TELL ME!!!
Out of no where he said I wasn’t a serious buyer and it wasn’t for me. I let him know I was a VERY serious buyer, but that I would want to know the process of what the experience would be. I tried asking in literally 6-7 different ways. He wouldn’t tell me and become very rude and was acting strange. Major RED FLAG!?! He just kept telling me, “we are the best and you just need to know that. we support our customer 1000%.” I told him that in my mind I WAS a customer, and that to support ME...even a little, a simple 30 second explanation of what exactly y’all do would be very settling.
I said word for word, “I would not go to a college just because they told me they are great, even if other people did. I would want to know what classes they provide, what facilities they had, what my classroom experience would be like.”
After saying this Matt became very defensive saying how they don’t tell “how they provide results to their clients” on the enrollment call. 😒 🤥 He then said I should have been prepared and that he even sent an email of what the call would be like. He pulled it up and we read it together over the phone....he LITERALLY read out loud “this call was designed to learn about your business and HOW COD PROVIDED RESULTS TO THEIR CLIENTS.” ?!?! The exact thing he won’t do? At this point I am so turned off and was like are you kidding me. You just said this call isn’t for telling me how you provide results, insulted me for not reading email, and then read the email to say the exact opposite of your prior statement?!
I was so afraid of this. If you know anything about online marketing and “High Ticket Business Coaches” you know their are cheats and SCAMS everywhere. I really thought this was different, and I know their is legitimacy here, but if you spend 25 min on phone to avoid 30 sec of telling how you do what you claim, that is SKETCHY!
A simple “we send you an online course, set up 3 one on one calls, and a weekly group call” Would have sealed me.
I wrote this to protect innocent people who are wanting to start a new online business + need help. Don’t go this route. Do your homework. Do not spend 10k on one phone call. Trust your gut.

Honest Experience from Someone Starting their Business from Scratch
I'll go ahead and state my truth around this experience. First, the good points. I think this is a great program for anyone who already has medium experience starting their own business and has a medium audience with some following. They give you mindset support, help you craft your message, and give you some really aggressive copywriting strategies, which is a pretty outdated style that still sells. If you already have an idea on how a business model works, and just want to scale up, then by all means, this is the program for you. If you are someone who is just starting their business, has a very small following, and not a clear message crafted yet around what you offer, you are better off hiring a different service. I was just starting my coaching business when I got on the phone with them. Was hoping I could ask questions and see what the prices were. Little did I know. Super aggressive sales guy basically didn't allow me off the phone until I enrolled, and didn't give me enough time to think about if this business model would work for a beginner. Should I have hung up? YES. Was I too innocent and polite and fell for the sale? ALSO, YES. I know I'm not the only one, as too many beginners get targeted, then don't make it for obvious marketing reasons. Not only do you have to pay a ton upfront for the program, plus funding your own Facebook adds. All of this before you even get your first client, then you are supposed to charge your first client a ton of money. Again, doesn't feel ethical for a beginner, who is probably better off doing some coaching packages until they gather testimonials, then growing their audience organically, and once they have at least 10 clients and testimonials, sure, go ahead and pay for COD. A lot of people who start spend tons of money with zero ROI when COD could have just targeted mid level businesses. Also, there is a cult like following and psychology to their online group. If you aren't selling, I believe that tweaking and looking at numbers around your Facebook ads is super important. But telling the beginner people who are going broke to keep working on their mindset over and over again, and keep throwing money at ads, when the reality is that this model wasn't made for them, would have been more ethical from their part.
When I kindly spoke to a coach asking for my money back, and stating why I believe this program is not appropriate for beginners, and that plenty of people like me ended up losing around 20k upfront between program costs and Facebook ads. They didn't want to give me the money back, and again, made it into a mindset problem. They did offer to extend my membership. I didn't get upset. I understood. Hopefully I don't sound super whiney guys. I think it's important to let other people starting from scratch know about this experience.
Also, I'm sure there are some who made it starting from scratch. So, again, this is just my experience, but I know I'm not alone and there are hundreds who don't make it. Sure, that's the nature of a business, but be warned and don't fall for the sales call.
I love marketing and definitely recommend COD for people who want to scale, but it is only one model among many. For beginners, it is not ideal and I would suggest you start smaller and grow organically until you have enough confidence and testimonials, and are willing to throw around 20k upfront to see what happens. I also don't think that their aggressive sales approach is for everyone. They teach you to get on the phone for an hour, press on the potential client's pain point, then don't let them get off the phone because you are the solution to their life, and they should pay you 5 to 15k to get their "transformation." Client isn't ready? It's their fault, because you are the SOLUTION. Client can't afford it? Shame on them, as they need to be more resourceful. I couldn't get myself to sell like that. And that's perfectly ok.
Luckily, I've recovered my money and grew my business organically, experimented with different business models and am happy where I'm at. I've seen the people who don't make it and take money out of their retirement, and wanted to honor those people. Check the facts. 2.2k members on the Facebook group, and usually only 5 percent of those members post their amazing wins, what about the rest? How many give up after spending way too much $$$ without enough ROI? How many struggle for years to get a real ROI with that marketing model? Does COD release real data with percentages regarding who makes it, who drops off? How many are too embarrassed to speak up if they don't make it starting from scratch? Again check the facts. The cost is not bad for a mid level business. Beginners have more at risk. Make an informed decision. Don't fall for the psychologically charged sales call.

4 iterations of webinars and no ROI
Clients on Demand was an ok experience for me. 8 weeks was definitely not enough time to get a webinar up and running and profitable, they did give me an extension and helped out a bit after the 8 weeks.
But after 4 iterations of my webinar, 5k in ad spend, 0 for 14 in sales calls and zero ROI from the program I had to move on. They did offer to sell me more products for advanced training, but I just couldn't bring myself to spend more money on a system that didn't work for me.
Huge bummer because I came into the program with super high hopes.
I'd give it three stars because I genuinely like them as people, just didn't have any success with their methods.

I wouldn't recommend COD
I wouldn't recommend COD. I found it inadequate for students to get results in an optimal way. The 8 weeks are way too short and I never got a chance to get my webinar recording reviewed. I thought the whole purpose of paying a premium price for the program was to actually get direct feedback on the webinar itself or to get feedback on the funnel and how you conduct sales. They boast "it's like drinking from a firehose" and I found this way the least effective for the students to get results.
The FB ads training and Sales training are basic ("advanced" classes available for additional $$$$ which made me feel the training is incomplete despite the hefty investment and that I was like an ATM machine).
I've worked on listening to the calls recordings and applying the training for the last 6 months now, and it's the first premium program that I invest in that I wasn't able to produce a return on investment.
I've spent an additional $5500 in Fb ads alone and only signed up one $5k client in the last 6 months using their model. I still didn't make my investment back obviously.
There are some great teachings in the program and it definitely helps to let go of mindset blocks and to build a new identity but personally after 6 months of working on it, I find the way to conduct sales too pushy and I realize who I needed to be to make the system successful isn't aligned with who I want to be in my business.
You can feel that Marc Von Musser really cares about students' results but there's only one like him. I've sent an email after finishing the program months ago and got zero replies since. The one time I provided feedback on one potential improvement for the students' experience in the Alumni FB group, I was rapidly rebuffed and understood it's better not to voice up unless it's to praise them and say how grateful you are that they exist.
I could spend more $$$$ to get the "solutions" they offer such as the monthly support or to get the advanced pieces of training. But as my first investment didn't produce results, I'm not keen on spending more...
Some of the students get great results as many star testimonials show.
But not all. For some, it might not be the right fit. And the vetted system they claim to have doesn't necessarily check that as it shares very little info on the sales call. The result could be lots of stress from having enrolled on credit cards and not making any return. Make sure your business can stomach it because results are never guaranteed (like any business training). I think unfortunately I was mesmerized by the marketing and blindly trusted and wanted to believe it would be a great success. Lesson learned.
