Paid for prominence and also part of Scale. They've revoked access to the curriculum despite it being a lifetime programme. They do not care at all about you winning, they just want your money.

Hi Dean, thanks for leaving a note!
We absolutely care about seeing our clients win.
You're correct, you have lifetime access to the curriculum. We've just checked your account and due to a glitch with our curriculum platform, your access was paused. We've gone ahead and reinstated it for you immediately.
MY
Mike Y.
I recommend getting help with ads from an ads agency.
Full transparency - I rarely write reviews on anything. Doesn't matter what it is, I typically just don't do it. However, I'm leaving this one here because they literally ask you to at the end of (almost) every client check-in form.
Best part about this program: My Accountability Coach. She has been willing to help every step of the way and was always offering advice on how to improve things (99% of the time being ads related). As much as it pains me to say this, she is the reason I'm rating my time with C&C 2 stars instead of 1.
What's good: This program is full of value, especially for beginners. I'm not a beginner; I've spent over $100k on business coaching in the last 3 years. Modules are pretty much step-by-step and easy to follow.
What's bad: This is the tough part for me. If you're like me, you've been interested in C&C because they talk about being good at 2 things; ads & building Facebook groups.
To say I'm frustrated would be a pretty substantial understatement. I've had two separate 1:1 calls with their ads specialists and a copy review with their copy specialist. After being in for the full 13 weeks now, I've yet to have 1 single successful ads campaign that brought people to my group consistently. This is NOT "risk-free", as they say. On top of the program investment, I've also spent $1,002 on ads over the past 3 months.
I've mentioned this on my weekly check-in sheet, but I'm convinced nobody even reads those. Not one person (besides my coach) ever reached out to me to ask me what could be done to help, though I voiced my frustrations on that form, as well. NOBODY asked how they could help. As a business owner myself who also takes check-in sheets weekly, this completely baffles me.
And at some point, you stop asking for calls with 'specialists' because nothing from those calls helped and nobody is reaching out so mentally, you're at, "why bother, then".
Though I have made money since December, only 1 client I've acquired can be honestly attributed to C&C. I've been doing this for about 4 years, so I have organic strategies already built into my system that myself & my team use every day. So aside from that one client, all of my others have been my organic strategies I've been using since long before I ever even heard of C&C.
I spent thousands of dollars to acquire 1 client.
&
I'm no better off with ads than I was beforehand (this is the WHOLE reason I signed up with C&C - I've never realized success with ads).
I thought that, with as much as they talk about teaching clients about Facebook ads to grow their business, they would put more of an emphasis on making sure you succeed with that. Out of a dozen modules or so, only 1 module focuses on ads - and it's very generic. All I mean by that is it's for ALL types of their clients to set things up on their end, so it can't be customized.
For the amount the investment is and the "absolute certainty" they had that they could help me when I signed up, I really wish they delegated more time to helping people solely with customizing their ads for their unique niche. I was never even told 'how' to target my audience - just given ideas of what to try (but they should already know, because they say they help fit pro's already). I could be more nuanced here so nothing in my review is cherry-picked, but it's fine.
I completed all modules my coach said to and avoided the ones she advised me to avoid (like the AI ones - I have an assistant), made every call, scheduled extra calls with specialists, took every piece of advice, and went at this like I was brand-new to owning a business so I could learn new things and open my eyes to new ways.
I worked hard on all of this - that will never be a doubt in my mind.
I wanted with all of my heart to be a member of their Scale Program (higher tier), but it just wasn't in the cards for me.
Especially now feeling like my check-ins were never read, I feel like a number or a 'price tag'.
Honestly had high hopes and watched them for 6 months before investing and I feel they severely underdelivered.

Hi Mike, thanks for leaving us your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve, so your thoughts are much appreciated.
Before we address some of your concerns, please keep an eye on your inbox, our team is actively reviewing your file. We will be reaching out to you to learn more and potentially offer an additional resource.
Now, we will address your 2 main concerns:
1- Your ads didn't perform as you had hoped: we understand this process can be frustrating at times. The process of running ads to grow your group involves testing.
We at C&C do everything we can in that process. We provide step-by-step curriculum videos to set up your ads (as well as an ad setup workshop), we provide ad templates, we provide ad copy coaching, as well as weekly live classes to help you optimize the performance of your ads.
What we don't have control over is the performance of the ads you create. Just like any ad campaign, including our own, the marketplace dictates the performance.
Once you have ads running, our ad support class allows us to look at your ads' data and make adjustment suggestions based on results.
Again, keep an eye on your inbox as we have an additional resource we'd like to offer you to evaluate your ads and their performance.
2- Weekly check-in: Our Accountability Coaches are the main point of contact for their clients in our program. They are trained to read every weekly check-in submitted by their clients and address any concerns that are brought up.
Once an Accountability Coach becomes aware of a concern on a weekly check-in, they follow up with their client to address it.
After they learn more, they will provide a solution, such as getting custom help from one of our Expert Coaches.
Based on your review, your Accountability Coach did reach out and you received help from our Expert Coaches on 3 different occasions.
All of this being said, we regret that your experience was not what you were hoping for. We are committed to learning from this and getting better.
As a gesture of our commitment to your success and satisfaction, we'd love to offer you a seat at our next SCALE Mastermind-only in-person event May 10-11 in Scottsdale AZ.
Watch your inbox for our message.

They could have made amends, but instead left me high and dry
Yes they have excellent customer service; yes they have some great trainings. But the point of investing $8K into a business programme is the outcome. I tried and tested their Facebook Group method for 3 months organically. I implemented everything asked of me. In all my coaching calls I was praised for the content and action I took in my group. But instead of suggesting that perhaps the Facebook Group wasn't the best method for my business, I was encouraged to now spend more money and use ads to grow the group! This i feel was irresponsible advice as it's a well-known marketing principle: once you've tested a funnel organically, only then do you scale with ads. My group FAILED miserably for 3 months. The fourth month I did not use the group and instead experimented with webinars and organic marketing. The result? I made over $20K in revenue in one month. So the problem with PROMINENCE is they sell you on ONE method, ONE way of building your business - which is the Facebook Group. To believe that ALL coaching or course creator businesses will benefit from this method is simply absurd. There are countless methods to build a successful coaching business, and the best mentors do not rely on just ONE means. If C&C had the humility to truly apologise for the collossal waste of time and money I underwent, they would have offered me a refund - at least a partial refund. I requested this, and they refused relying on contractual legalism saying that their employees did their jobs, blah, blah. But we all know that they get paid irrespective of my enrolment fee: this business is making multiple 7 figures and they won't refund a student where their service basically didn't work - at all? That's terrible customer service. It's dishonarable. I'm a coach - and I don't care what my contract is - but if a client follows my programme to the tee, or even 70%, and achieves nothing from their goals, then of course I'll offer her a refund. Not because I legally have to. But because my service genuinely didn't work for that person. It's not fair for me to have taken her money. It wasn't a good fit. Don't be fooled by the dozens, maybe hundreds of testimonials. What you don't hear about are the perhaps equal numbers for whom this did not work out at all. I've met quite a few alumni who had extremely average or below average experiences. I really didn't want to reveal all this. If they had the courtesy to acknowledge their mistake with me by refunding even half of my investment, I would have given them 4 stars or just avoided giving them a review. But when a company becomes as rich and successful as they are, they have a responsibility to serve those who they fail as well as those who they help succeed. Amazon are famous for their generosity with their refunds. We can respect big, profitable businesses who are generous in refunding the disappointed. But C&C were stingy with me. They encouraged me to flog a dead horse, even after 3 months of 0 revenue (I was achieving 10K months earlier in the year and so this dramatic drop hit me hard), and they greedily held onto money which they really didn't need or deserve, but which I lost, and lost much more. My 'ROI' was -$38,000. And they didn't refund me a penny. That speaks volumes. And if they continue to spurn other clients with similar covetousness, then their huge profits they boast about so much will most surely start reversing.

Hi Tushar. Appreciate you taking the time to share your experience in our program and we're glad you enjoyed the curriculum and client support.
We're sorry to hear you didn't end up getting the results you were looking for in our program. Unfortunately we can't guarantee the success of our clients- as nothing to do with business is a straight line. While our team does their best to provide business council to lead client’s to their desired results- we can only guarantee deliverables such as:
*A core training curriculum (course) that teaches you step-by-step how to implement our group methodologies inside of your own business. This covers launching your group, monetizing your group and growing your group.
*3 group coaching calls per week with our expert trainers with the ability to request hot seats, personalized feedback, etc.
*1-On-1 calls with our team to refine your offer, messaging and ads.
*Etc.
(outlined in the client agreement you signed- and all of our clients sign to set expectations)
This is similar to how Universities and Colleges can't guarantee you'll land a job in a particular field...they give you the knowledges, tools, resources, etc. Then it's ultimately on you and how resourceful you.
In regards to your comment about paid advertising... while it's common to hear "don't start doing paid ads until you dial in your offer and messaging organically"... we don't fully agree with that. We believe low budget $10-20/day ads is a much quicker way to get feedback from the marketplace. It's one of the reasons we have so many success stories because our students can bypass time consuming organic marketing. There's pros/cons to everything though... if you don't have $10-$20/day to spend to collect data- then you need to pay in time - your time with organic marketing.
Nevertheless- we wish you all the best in your future endeavours. Our team enjoyed working with you. If you'd like us to give you our organic marketing course we just released feel free to email [email protected] since it seems like organic marketing will now be your focus.
