The coach they put me with did not care anything about what I was doing. He was as excited as a mule. It’s basically just watching videos and you can get all of that information even more down to your needs through ChatGPT. It’s even on YouTube. There was nothing special about this and it’s way too overpriced. Don’t bother.

I did this program a few years ago and…
I did this program a few years ago and didn't know they had Trustpilot to review. Hands down THE WORST program I have ever been in. Advice was super generic and the overall theme was that you had to run FB ads and pay a lot of money. There was ZERO advice on lead generation, organic content or anything like that. The best part was when I complained, they told me to get on a call with one of their coaches. His advice was to "post inside your FB group to "wake" your members up". WHAT?I thought he was joking. I asked for my money back and there was no way in hell that was happening. Overall it was just a very poor program with nothing at all of value. As someone else said on here, the book was 10x better and it was FREE! I'm doing another program now and I've gotten more from it after the first week than I did my whole time with C & C. I don't even know if C & C still exists. I hope not.

I am really sad to have to write this…
I am really sad to have to write this review... and feel stupid for not reading these reviews in advance.
I read and loved their book - and if all i did was focus on that i would have been okay.
I worked my butt off trying to keep up with the overwhelming data dump. It was mind numbing.
and after 90 days - yes i learned lots... and grew my group... and didn't get one new client
and i will have paid about $10,000 - i reached to customer service, there was zero empathy or accountability - it all my fault.
i can't tell you how disappointing that was. and now they are hiding behind the fine print of the contract.
I would read the book and stop there...
Response from Clients & CommunityFeb 27, 2024
Hi Paul,
We understand you were disappointed with your results at the end of the 90 days. We are sorry to hear that.
This is why our team offered you additional time in the program to focus on the areas we identified together which needed improvement. The offer still stands by the way- we’d love to help move the needle towards accomplishing your goals within the program.
This is despite the fact you did not meet the terms of our guarantee which are outlined in the client contract which you signed and then discussed again as a video within the program itself (it's not hidden in fine print).
For anyone reading, the terms include things like:
- Completing the entire curriculum (videos + workbooks)
- Attending all 1:1 calls with your Accountability Coach
- Submitting weekly check-ins
- Etc
If you were not comfortable with the terms, you ultimately should not have chosen to proceed with your enrolment.
Success in our program is a two-way street. We provide tools, strategies, and guidance, but implementation and contextual adaptation largely rest with our clients.
Nevertheless- as mentioned previously - we will be reaching out to you to learn more and see what we can do to help you better activate the program.

Not for all coach niches
Summary: Before signing up for the program I asked if it was effective for my niche. I was told it was. But that wasn't the case.
Most likely because most people do not understand what my niche is. I do believe they thought the program would be effective for me. But, I was the wrong fit for the program and unfortunately, there are no refunds.
In fact, I saw a new ad or post, and the "guarantee" that I signed at the beginning of my program changed to the point where I no longer would be able to be enrolled in the program.
This proved that I was never a good fit for the program and they knew which clients had a better chance of succeeding.
So, they rightfully changed the guarantee mid-program but did not address the current clients who had a lower success rate.
My big critique of the program is that it is not niched down enough and because of this the Prominance program lacks effectiveness for newer less business-savvy coaches. In my opinion, It is not for all coaches.
If you are a coach that helps other people make money then PPP might be right for you.
But if you are in health or another niche then you will be better served by niche-specific business coaching, in my opinion.
I am making more progress with my niche-specific coaches in the few months I've been there than the 3-4 months of C&C's more general coaching. Even my ad is better on every level.
10k+ spent on C&C has delayed my dream of building a successful coaching practice.
In my practice, I give more help to clients who need it or give a partial refund if I take in the wrong client. This way I have "skin in the game."
It's an expensive lesson, especially with a baby on the way, but I've learned that I don't want to grow my coaching practice how C&C has.
The biggest downsides:
1. The coaching is group coaching using general advice that wasn't helpful for my niche of Integrative health coaching.
In fact, I contacted the 5 other people in the entire FB group who had a similar niche to me and they were all frustrated and did not get the results they were looking for. Ultimately they went in to be successful with other coaches in their specific niche.
Coaching lacked professionalism and expertise on my niche which made the "work with you until you make 30k guarantee" not useful and led me to invest again in a niche-specific coaching service.
The ad coach, who seemed burned out by having to coach so many people, gave unhelpful advice that was too general.
Hundreds of dollars were spent on ads and throughout the process, I kept asking for more help, nicely and politely but, the coaches stuck to the same generic advice.
If there was a coach who had more expertise I'd hope I would have received coaching from them but that didn't happen. In fact, my first coach quit or was fired a month or so in. I was told to wait for 2 weeks before asking for more coaching on my ad. In those 2 weeks my 1st coach left.
By General coaching, I mean to say that it's like getting help to write a sci-fi novel and being told to follow the hero's journey. While technically true it lacks enough specificity to be useful to the new novel writer in their niche.
There is also a fair amount of people struggling and frustrated in the private FB group. These people are largely blamed for their lack of success, instead of being offered additional help and resources.
This is an asymmetrical argument where all responsibility is on the client and all successes are on C&C.
I got the feeling that I was not a valued client. I was one of the many.
How they can improve:
1. Niche down to specific coaching niches. No coach can coach every coach in every niche who wants to make money through FB groups.
2. Offer additional help to those who need it. A rising tide lifts all boats or it isn't a rising tide.
3. To my knowledge they already are not letting inexperienced coaches who are not making consistent money in the program.
4. State that they are not a substitute for 1-on-1 business coaching
That's great for preventing future client stories like mine. Unfortunately, I'm still paying it off for the next 5 years. Waka waka.
I'm glad this program has helped others realize their dreams. Moving forward I hope others like me are referred to niche-specific business coaches with a proven track record instead of enrolled in a program that isn't a good fit.
In the end, our failures are our greatest teachers...
UPDATE: C&C reached out and tried to offer some added resources like expert coaches, a mastermind and free event ticket.
Ultimately, none of these were a good fit as we both agreed on the call that C&C did not have the expertise to coach me on my specific niche.
This conversation made me realize that C&C is not a substitution for a direct business coach and I believe that they should have been upfront about that.
It seems they have decided to keep my money although the service was of poor quality.

Hi Matthew, thanks for your feedback. We strive to be the best we can be and a big piece of that is being open to criticism and learning from it. Your perspective is valued.
Before we address some of the points you raised, please keep an eye on your inbox, our team is actively reviewing your client journey. We will be reaching out to you to learn more and potentially allow you to restart the program with a coach who better understands the nuances of your niche and business.
Now I'm going to address some of the points you raised:
Niche-Specific Coaching: Based on the information you shared with your advisor, our team concluded that a Facebook group system could work for you, as we have helped dozens of coaches in the health and wellness space, with success.
Note to reader: You can find these case studies and interviews on our corporate website.
Furthermore, our Facebook group system is absolutely not niche-specific. We've had people succeed with very "obscure" niches like College prep coaching, Lymphatic System coaching, Photography coaching and more.
Our Facebook group system is simply a path towards cultivating an audience who knows, likes and trusts you and then converting that audience to high ticket clients.
Of course there are some businesses that are NOT a good fit and we'll always be transparent about this. E.g. If you sell a $5 physical product, we aren't a good fit. But, if you sell a course, a program or consulting at a high-ticket price, then you could be a good fit.
Guarantee Terms: The terms of your guarantee are outlined in the client agreement you signed- and all of our clients sign to set expectations. Those agreed-upon terms do not change. We're not sure exactly what you're referring to when you mention the terms of your guarantee changed mid-program, but we will discuss this with you.
Coaching Style: In our program, you worked with your Accountability Coach, with our Expert Coaching team, as well as our group coaching class hosts. Of course, given the nature of group coaching sessions vs. 1-on-1 coaching sessions, some of the content may not be relevant to your specific business. This is why there are opportunities for 1-on-1 when needed to bridge any gaps that might not be clear on group classes.
***
While our team does their best to provide business council to lead client's to their desired results- we can only guarantee deliverables such as:
*A core training curriculum (course) that teaches you step-by-step how to implement our group methodologies inside of your own business. This covers launching your group, monetizing your group and growing your group.
*3 group coaching calls per week with our expert trainers with the ability to request hot seats, personalized feedback, etc.
*1-On-1 calls with our team to refine your offer, messaging and ads.
*Etc.
Success in our program is a two-way street. We provide tools, strategies, and guidance, but implementation and contextual adaptation largely rest with our clients.
Nevertheless- as mentioned previously - we will be reaching out to you to learn more and see what we can do to better activate the program.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THEIR PROMINENCE PROGRAM!!! IT'S AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!
I'm conflicted about this review because I genuinely think highly of Landon, Chris and Jaden. I believe they are men of quality character and genuinely mean well and do some incredibly heart warming things for many people. However, my experience of their program, at $9,000, was definitely not worth that price tag. Not even close. I'd have paid no more than $3,000 for what I got had I known what I know now...
I started out at the beginning of 2023 with the Prominence Program after spending several months curious about the Clients & Community ads I was seeing on Facebook and even ordering their $5 book twice without realizing it during that time.
The first time I was on one of their sales calls with Brady (their top sales guy) in 2022, he was actually kind of rude to me, even though I'm pretty sure it was a sales tactic given this guy is VERY intentional about his sales calls. Fast forward to the beginning of 2023 and I was invited onto another call with him, no doubt because they were aware of the high statistical probability of my purchasing the program due to my purchasing 2 eBooks from them. Only this time Brady was super gentle with me and courted me the entire way through the call to close at $3,000 more than the rate they were charging during my first call. I figured no big deal. It is what it is. I genuinely want to see what these guys have to offer. Seems like a pretty solid model. Trustpilot reviews, fantastic testimonials, strong guarantee, very clear and concise eBook. Surely they got value to offer.
When I started their Prominence program, I was excited and being a man who does everything to throw himself fully into his commitments, I truly did everything I was capable of with regard to the guarantee requirements in the time I had available outside all the work I do in a given week that consumes most of my time. When I was on my sales call with Brady, he assured me that the program takes about 5 to 7 hours a week and that it's a model that I can make work with only a 3-month coaching offer, no super low entry product or service like a $.99 cent eBook or $50 intro course. And those two things sold me. I knew that I would not be able to make it work if I had to invest a day or more per week into this or build a new product/service. Those were just not options for me in my situation. And since Brady was confident (he's a very smooth salesman...super smooth), I figured I just need to apply myself. And apply myself I did.
And then it all started to unravel...
About halfway through the 90 days, I began to see very clearly that there was no chance in hell I would be able to get everything done in 5 to 7 hours. I think that this estimate was born from observing the operations of someone who has already successfully set everything up and just has to make sure it's all running as intended. So, I brought this up and was very pleased to find that my coach took this seriously and brought it to their team. And I was also pleased to hear that they'd made changes to how they sell the program...but now I was in a program I was sold on under false pretenses. So, I was stuck attempting to make it work despite the fact that it just didn't fit my situation.
What's more, I tried repeatedly to apply this model to a 3-month coaching offer and it honestly isn't designed for that, at least not for someone who is just starting out with building from their model. I think, for someone who already has an audience that has purchased many small products from you or you are simply already have a strong following, only having a 3-month coaching offer would probably work fine. However, anyone who knows anything about marketing (think Seth Godin, Russell Brunson or Dan Kennedy) will tell you that you have to build trust with people through free and low cost offers to lead to a larger, more warm audience that is primed for larger purchases. So, now I'd come to see that this program was definitely sold to me under false pretenses. But their team, naturally being focused on profits, isn't going to come to me and say, "Hey, we realize we unintentionally sold this program to you under false pretenses, would you like your money back?" What they're going to do is adjust to me the best they are able to help ensure I am satisfied with my experience because if I FEEL taken care of, I'm not going to be angry that I didn't get what I was sold on or ask for my money back.
The trouble with this is that if I'm bought into a program to make it help me succeed in the areas they specialize, making me feel heard and agreeing with me aren't really useful. Being given effective, clear guidance and feedback that leads me to results IS. But if I want that, I have to spend $30k+ for their SCALE program. But given most people in Prominence are not successful and a friend of mine in Prominence also felt frustrated by it, that's not a purchase I'm feeling confident.

Thank you for providing your honest feedback and experience in our program. Although our team greatly appreciates positive feedback from satisfied clients, we understand that it is the constructive criticism that truly helps us improve and enhance our services for all clients, both current and future.
Firstly, we apologize if your experience with our sales process and the initial time investment estimates did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide accurate information, and it seems that a particular sales representative on our team may have fell short in this case.
Unfortunately while we wish this was black-and-white, there's certainly a lot of variables involved in giving an estimation of how much time our program will take to apply based on 1)- how technologically savvy you are 2)- whether or not you are utilizing Ai in your workflow like we teach 3)- your time management skills and 4)- whether or not you are starting completely from scratch or already have an existing offer and small following.
While our sales representatives try their best to give an accurate estimation - it is ultimately that - an estimation. The amount of time you have available is an important factor to consider before joining our program or any program. For anyone else reading this, 5-7 hours is certainly possible, but that is on the low end of the time commitment required and naturally will take longer to get results than someone investing 2-hours day (recommended).
Regarding your comments about applying this model to a 3-month coaching offer, this is actually the model we teach and recommend. We call it a Hybrid Coaching Offer.
A Hybrid coaching offer is generally a high ticket offering that is 3-months in length that includes elements of a course and also group coaching. It gives our clients a lot of leverage in their deliverability beyond solely doing 1-on-1. Note: You have access to a course on this called "Offer Incubator".
Moreso, almost all of our clients market their Hybrid Coaching offer without a low ticket front-end offer. That is one of the reasons creating a community around your program can work so well because it is a lead indoctrination mechanism just like a low ticket front-offer, but without the technical burden and hours of creation a low ticket front-end offer requires. In order for a group to be an effective indoctrination mechanism though it requires 1)- an intimate understanding of the wants/needs/desires of your audience 2)- the ability to connect to your audience through your content 3)- group member conversion processes we teach in the program and 4)- consistency. All of which we teach and coach on inside of our program, but if you are starting from scratch, it will take longer than someone who already has momentum.
Note To Reader: In our program you meet with your accountability coach weekly and this is your opportunity to bring up anything that needs clarification or specific adaption to you and your business. In addition, you are able to request time with copywriting experts, Facebook ad experts, etc. Booking time with these experts is as simple as filling out a form, but whether or not they are utilized (and their advice followed), is up to you- the client.
All of this being said, we deeply regret that your experience was not what you anticipated. We are committed to learning from this and improving. As a gesture of our commitment to your success and satisfaction, we're about to release a new software and program called ClientGenie (Facebook automation, funnel builder, CRM, etc.).
We'd love to offer you 12-months free (once it's released end of Nov/early December) if you're still interested in applying our group model to your business at large. You can email me personally jaden AT clientsandcommunity.com to request this and I will give you access once it's released. Regardless of what you decide, we wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

This program was a big waste of money
This program was a big waste of money! I did find one coach in the program that I purchased her program separately which was helpful but other than that this prominence program from Clients and Community was a huge WASTE of money. In fact the coach that I hired separately through Prominence even told me to get my money back from Clients and Community and that they should’ve never even sold his program to me because it didn’t even fit what I needed. They do not deliver what they say they’re going to deliver, and definitely not worth the price, they have some useful information but most of it is highly generic and also starting to become outdated and the content did not apply to my niche at all or business model even though they promised that it would before they closed the sale with me. Basically for the money I gave them they promised me that I would be getting steak and instead they just gave me useless crumbs that I couldn’t even do anything with. There are much better solutions out there than this program for your business. This was a total waste. What they teach is a one trick pony, and will not work for everyone if anyone at all - Of the 12 different members of this program that I spoke to none of them had monetized from the investment they made with Prominence. I’m also skeptical of the people saying they are making money with this program, as they could be friends or some kind of associate with Clients and Community. I know of quite a few other students who were very unhappy and felt that they got ripped off with the program, but most people are usually afraid to come forward and say anything or make a complaint as they may be worried about looking stupid in front of other people for putting this kind of money out for a useless marketing program.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We deeply value all our clients and their opinions (even when it's negative), as it helps us improve and serve our community better.
I'd like to address some of the concerns you raised:
Updated Strategies: We pride ourselves on ensuring our strategies are up-to-date and effective. Our Facebook group strategies are revised quarterly, reflecting the ever-evolving nature of the platform and based on what's currently producing results in our business as well as in our client's businesses.
Example: We just updated our curriculum with Ai Prompts to write group growth ads, emails and more. Additionally, we rolled out a new group growth funnel which integrates with a chatbot to qualify your group members automatically.
Case Studies: For those who may be reading this review and may be unfamiliar with our work, I encourage you to visit our corporate website and Facebook group where we publish weekly case studies. These showcase the tangible successes that our clients experience. Their stories, results, and experiences provide a broader perspective of the spectrum of successes we have had. You can even join their Facebook group’s to see what they have achieved: https://clientsandcommunity.com/blog/
Tailored Approaches: While our program is designed to cater to a broad range of niches and business models, we also emphasize the importance of adapting the strategies to individual needs.
Example: In our program you meet with your accountability coach weekly and this is your opportunity to bring up anything that needs clarification or specific adaption to you and your business. In addition, you are able to request time with copywriting experts, Facebook ad experts, etc. Booking time with these experts is as simple as filling out a form, but whether or not they are utilized (and their advice followed), is up to you- the client. We're sorry to hear you didn't properly utilize the support you had available to you.
One-Size Doesn't Fit All: We completely agree. That's why we have numerous coaches within our program, allowing participants to find someone whose teaching style and expertise align with their individual needs. We’re glad to hear that you found value in one of our coaches enough to invest in her separate program. We’ve investigated your claims about the coach telling you to request a refund though, and we have found no evidence of that in the numerous call recordings from your time in the program.

*Etc.
(outlined in the client agreement you signed- and all of our clients sign to set expectations)
Success in our program is a two-way street. We provide tools, strategies, and guidance, but implementation and contextual adaptation largely rest with our clients.
Nevertheless- we wish you all the best in your future endeavours and are investigating your specific client journey to see what we can learn to improve the program experience for others.

This is such a scam. Don’t do it!
This is such a scam. I bought the ebook and group ad templates for $41.95 USD. I never received a login for the templates. I specifically said I wasn’t interested in the coaching calls and I got a coaching call. I politely let Shanny know that I was not interested in coaching but really wanted to access the portal to get the templates I purchased. She checked into it and said for me to contact customer service. I have sent 3 emails. And what feel infuriating is that I keep getting their spammy funnel emails but no one will return my email with my login. Terrible customer service. I don’t even want to read the book because it all just feels so inauthentic now.
Response from Clients & CommunityJun 12, 2023
Hi Sheetal. We are sorry to hear that you haven't been able to access the book yet.
For transparency: our system sends login information immediately after purchasing. We've checked our server logs and you were sent the login information, but maybe it appeared in your SPAM folder or there may have been a typo in the email that you entered on the checkout form.
In regards to our support team not being responsive to you, you emailed us on June 2nd and we responded to you on June 5th (slightly delayed because of the weekend). On our end it shows you never viewed our response to you... which contained your login information that we took the time to manually reset for you. If you want screenshot proof of any of this, let us know by emailing: [email protected]
Nevertheless, we have refunded you the full amount ($41.95 USD) on your credit card and as a gesture of goodwill you still have access to everything you purchased.
We're wishing you all the best.
